l rob: it might not be as rigid/ harder rubber as tusnami seal but for the purpose i needed it for it worked great and you need a quality sealant for it to seal to the cement as with any product as this

brian norris: So far so good.the way our garage was built we get water from the alley in the one corner. We bought some exterior sealant from Home Depot and this went down real quick and easy. It's still winter in Alberta so we'll have to wait another month or so for the spring melt, but hopefully it does the job and keeps the water on the outside

MrBass: The 20' section came bundled. I had to cut 1' off on the inside end. Rubber memory caused definite curl. The other end needed maybe a 6" of waste to be cut off. I had laid the entire 20' strip out, laden with weights for over 2 weeks and couldn't save those outside pieces. But I only needed 18' for the job, so I had plenty of extra pieces to cut and refigure openings at each end.
I have concrete witch angles back toward the garage and with any heavy rains water comes into the garage. So rather than use glue/sealant too early, I laid out the entire 18' piece (UNGLUED) and pushed threshold under closed door. It has rained three times, once heavy and twice drizzle. The water got through oly during the heavy rain but much improved over before. I fear I may need a threshold with a 3/4" or even 1" height. So I will continue monitoring the threshold during eventual heavy rains.

If the amounts are slight, I will apply adhesive/sealant AND caulk to the outer edge of the 18' threshold. I plan to use Liquid Nails for the main underside of the piece and a DAP caulk for the outer edge.
If the amounts are heavy, I will purchase a more expensive 18' piece with a larger height. The...
