Nathan: When I bought this bag, it was just barely over $200. For a filled heavy bag, that’s a great price.

These are the same bags used at my gym (SBG), so they’re definitely durable and can takes thousands of kicks. For Muay Thai, it’s a great bag for beginners (not saying advanced fighter can’t use this though), reason being it’s “softer” than some other bags and is great for those getting into conditioning their shins.

Overall, great bag for the price. Assuming the price doesn’t change drastically, I would buy again once my current one wears out

Giancarlo Pereira: This is my first heavy bag, and I'm still pretty new to Muay Thai, so despite my experience in tkd and shotokan karate I hadn't really done a ton of bag workouts when I ordered this, and all the bags I had used before either had thick foam lining or were soft filled. The reason I chose this bag was because of its size for Muay Thai, reviews, and price, the latter being particularly appealing considering that not only was it relatively cheap, but it was also a prime item (saving me atleast $50 in shipping costs for something this heavy).

The last word I would use to describe this bag is "soft," which my roommate learned very quickly when he decided to punch it full force with an unwrapped and ungloved hand when I wasn't home lol. My first few workouts were pretty rough. I have great gloves and wraps so punches weren't noticeably different from other bags but kicks, knees, and elbows were another story, however, after only a week or two of daily use the cloth packing inside the bag started to settle towards the bottom, thereby softening up the midsection of the bag which allows it to bend during hard kicks and absorb strikes better.

Neilson: It was a lot larger than advertised which became a big hassle for me. I had to add a few inches to the bottom of my stand to get it off the ground using 2 by 4s

Kevin: Good product that gets about 3 hours of use daily. The only negative is the once the stuffing descends into the bottom of the bag which was slightly faster than others I've used, it becomes as expected almost cement like. While I don't mind the hard texture others might need to loosen it up weekly.
