John H: I started making wine a few years ago out of desperation - I didn't know what else to do with all the fruit from the two plum trees in my back yard (they're only about an inch in diameter so by the time they are skinned and pitted for baking or cooking there's not much left). I've been experimenting with different mixes of fruit, different sugars and different yeasts. This yeast seems to me to consistently yield the best wine taste, regardless of the combinations of fruit and sugar. I'm very happy with this product.

Will Gross: I have been home brewing Meade for about 9 months now, and have had great results with this strain. The result is on the sweeter side, with fruity notes that pair quite well with mulling spices. The highest alcohol content I've been able to reach is roughly 10% after 3 months of fermentation.
Would recommend this strain to new Meade Brewers!
