JEFFREY K POHLMAN: Ok s,o this may sound crazy but I love little kitchen gadgets and have always loved a wide butter spreader. I have always purchased wooden handle ones. The issue here is they eventually get waterlogged and nasty. I thought I would try one of these not only does it have a great handle, the size and shape of the blade is awesome. I’m buying more and throwing out the old ones with the wooden handles. Yuck!
