Mark D. Zubyk: This juicer works well. It's strong and does the job well. My only complaint is that when the handle is pulled down to press the fruit, it hits the cup.

Luigi: After searching for a manual juicer for oranges, grapefruits, etc, I purchased this Zulay unit. I am very pleased with its construction, performance and value. I would purchase this again, but expect it will last for many years. I highly recommend it if you are looking for a manual juicer.

Geoff & Jan Moulding: The product itself is a good design and reasonable quality but the base arrived bent so it would not sit flat on the bench top.
I sent it back because of this.
Will consider reordering but hope they won’t send me the same one again….

Mehran AlaviMehran Alavi: it makes me sick to my stomach realising that in the pas few months, I was poisoning my entire family, micro-dosing them with the cheap paint work of this product.

Firstly you should know that this is not Chrome Finish! this is Chrome effect finish with paint that gradually comes off.

secondly the company claims they care about the customers, and happy to do returns, but the moment they realised I haven't bought from themselves, (although Amazon is their authorised partner) they passed me to amazon for a refund.

initially I've reached out to Zullay asking for refund because of a cosmetic defect; and I ended up not following up the problem and skip the hassle of refund. But now that I've realised I've been poisoning my family, thinking that we are drinking healthy freshly squeezed OJ, I will certainly report and ask for returning the product.

Julip: I read some reviews on this product that said it broke. I don’t believe them. It is heavy duty; all parts of it are heavy duty. It gets every bit of juice from all sizes of citrus fruit. And it really looks great on your kitchen counter. I love it.

Rob 92620: The media could not be loaded.  Purchased April 19, 2021; today is January 29, 2022. This citrus juicer has been used almost every day since it was purchased to make orange juice. Although it initially did the job, it barely functions now.

From an engineering perspective this is an absurdly complex design, employing three pairs of pivots to control the movement and alignment of the vertical shaft. That vertical shaft, which should keep the mechanism aligned with the dome-shaped perforated screen on which the half-orange is "squeezed" has worn the hole in the fixed arm to the point that the shaft no longer remains vertical.. As a result of this mis-alignment the shaft jams in the now oversize hole thus requiring way too much force on the lever to get any juice at all out of an orange.
