Clio Lahanas-Weber: I just received my juicer an because I enjoy fresh pomegranate juice I cut them in half like an orange an let the juicer do it’s thing. It worked great but I had to clean it every half pomegranate. Rather messy. I won’t use it for pomegranates but it was very easy to use an looking forward to orange season.

Stephen Worley: This unit works as advertised. What is not mentioned is that if you do not periodically clean off the Reamer of Pulp Build up, you won't reap the full benefits of this machine. Otherwise, it works fine for me. I ran a large bag of cut oranges through the machine, had to clean off the Reamer of pulp buildup several time before I was done. Extracted a fair amount of pure 100% orange juice in the process. Just what I was looking for. I am done buying commercial so called No Sugar added Orange Juice. Read the Label of Contents and you will find a certain Commercial Orange Juice has 26g of sugar. So far, this unit is nice to have and does a good job of extracting juice from oranges.

PeterG: We love fresh juice in the morning, and often later in the day as well. The part-manual juicers where you press down and the juicer element spins are fine, but tiresome when you have to press down on up to a dozen orange halves for two tall glasses of juice. The full automatic extractors and juicers are too bulky for the relatively small task. But this juicer is just the right fit. It's easy to load, you close the cover, listen for the latch to click, then push a button and the juicer does the rest. It works just fine. Our only negative: The cover, attached to the juice collecting bowl, is slightly awkward to wash by hand, and also a bit clumsy to easily place in a dishwasher. It's a small negative, but perhaps one the company can address for future models. It remains to be seen if this unjit -- like so many items sold on this venue -- keeps working for more than just a few months. I'll follow up in a year. For now, this is a great addition to our kitchen and we're happy to have it.

all320: UPDATE: I didn’t think the customer service could get work, but it did, exponentially. The day after my original review (below) was posted I received an message from the seller/manufacturer through Amazon offering me a full refund for the juicer. I responded right away and accepted the offer.

AFTER I accepted the offered refund I received a direct email, on my personal email account, from the manufacturer on our email thread from six weeks prior. The very same thread where they had simply stopped responding to me. From the very same person who’d stopped responding to me.

At this time they offered to replace the unit. I responded saying I’d already accepted the offered refund, and asked if they were offering the replacement in addition to the refund. The response absolutely floored me. They RETRACTED their refund offer. To say I was shocked is an understatement.

I asked why they offered a refund if they didn’t plan to actually issue it, but I never received an answer to that question. Instead they simply repeated that that would replace the unit.
