Smeg CJF01PKUS Citrus Juicer: Create Fresh-Squeezed Juice with Ease

BnE: It effectively juices citrus and I am satisfied with it. I'm careful not to press down on fruit too hard in case it's overly stressful on the motor...but so far so good. I bought it to replace my grandmother's juicer from the 1960s!! Nothing will ever be as good as grandma's old Procter Silex citrus juicer. Things are not made as good nowadays.

Tiffany Feroe: This juicer is perfect for large citrus such as lemons, oranges, grapefruit! If it’s small then you need to use 2 hands to juice & it defeats the purpose. For the price I am ok with it but wish it had a smaller attachment for small limes etc.

MASF: Sometimes it overheats and stops working for a while. I almost sent it back thinking it broke and that was on the first hour of usage. It juices okay.

Perfect for quick citrus juicing for cooking, baking and cocktails. Easy to use and clean.
If you have your own citrus grove and want something that will juice 30+ oranges in one shot, you should probably invest in a commercial juicer. This isn’t that type of workhorse—I would think that would be obvious…Says right in the manual not to operate for over 3 minutes of continuous use.
Whether this juicer is over-priced is debatable. For some of us, there is enjoyment in owning a smartly-designed appliance that’s attractive enough to be displayed on the countertop. My old manual citrus press could continue to be adequate for my purposes, sure. But my Smeg juicer and kettle brighten my mornings and are a joy to use.
Yes, some parts of the juicer are plastic, but knowing that citrus can be corrosive to metal, it makes sense to me that the spout hinge and catch container are plastic…
I also don’t experience any instability at all, during use. The four rubber feet keep the unit firmly in place, no matter how hard I press down the fruit or angle it. I suppose if the cord isn’t wound or placed correctly it could make things wobbly, but...

Richard: We've had the SMEG juicer for about a month now.
We've used it with all types of citrus (Lime, lemon, orange and grapefruit...) and find it works well with all.
Very easy to use and clean.
The unit appears powerful enough to last, so we're looking for many years of service out of it.
More expensive than most brands but we trust it is worth the extra for the performance it offers.
Highly recommend the product

Robert: The is the best juicer out there. It looks fabulous and it's very heavy duty. It's easy to clean and you really get the best out of the fruit being juiced. Really great quality, get one if you are thinking of getting a juicer like that!
