SoCalMelissa: The Jumbo 3-pack would be perfect for storing a heavy quilt or blanket during the off-season. It is huge!

I bought the bags so we could each have a place to store dirty clothes during our long weekend getaway. They fold up nice and compact for travel. But I will admit they were overkill for our purpose (1 bag per person for our 4-day stay). One jumbo bag would easily be big enough for two people for an entire week, possibly even a family of four.

The bags are much thicker than your standard Ziplock freezer bag. The "zipper" does not have a zip tag but instead is like the plastic rib "zip" on a sandwich bag, except it is much thicker. It holds together well. The bags have a pleated bottom like the stand-up kitchen Ziplock bags but the area is only 6" wide so it won't actually stand up but will make it easier to store heavy items in a cupboard.

When we came home, we hung our bags up in the laundry room to air out (since they had dirty clothes in them). They are easily reusable. I plan to use store extra blankets in these jumbo bags and order the smaller size next time we travel.

Laura Davis: These are great, they are a little expensive in general but the jumbo bag 3 pack were a great deal, they hold a lot & work amazing. The zipper does pop open if not sealed "perfect" but once you get it right it stays pretty good.

HealthyHappyGirl: The weight is fine. Regarding the seal, just make sure it is shut completely. I used to transport large pillows, and clean linens, blankets and towels. Will reuse after emptying. I admit I was reluctant to order based on some of the reviews. I am glad that I ordered them. I purchased xxxL and Jumbo sizes and both are sturdy with a decent seal. Bags are a little thinner that the last time I purchased 10 years ago but they still work well.

Susan Martin: I did not know these existed until I had to move. I wanted to place bathroom articles in them so if anything leaked then it would not mess up other things I was moving. When I got them I was amazed and now I use them for everything. They are so durable. They do not tear and the handles are super strong and do not rip. They can be used over and over too. I place all of my clean sheets and blankets in them with a sheet of bounce before I store them. It is pretty easy to get all of the air out of them manually so they actually can work like a compressed bag. At Christmas I gave each of my family members one to place their Christmas presents in and they loved them. When we went to the beach, I put ten beach towels in one and they stayed perfectly dry. I also placed ice and drinks in the large size and it worked perfectly and they did not leak. We recently had company from out East and they had never seen these before. They loved them and used them to pack things they had purchased for their car trip home. There are so many uses for these. My only complaint is the price variation of the large, extra large and jumbo sizes. In 2022, you could actually get a box of these for about $5.00...
