N.: I tried to use regular plastic bags when I ran out, but they would not seal properly. I went online and ordered the Potane sealing bags. I received them the same day. I would not use anything else with my Potane sealer.

mmmmarg: I wanted to test various sizes. After receiving them, i thought “i will never need gallon bags”. I was wrong. The pint bag seemed small and narrow. But they are my new fav. I was a standard qt size gal. Now…i see the value in the various sizes. I will get this combo in the future….all perfect bags for me.

Tim: I've been using these bags for awhile and so far no problems what so ever. I like that they're already cut so you don't have a roll that you have to seal twice. I've also used them in a sous vide with no problems or off taste.
