Arun: I had placed the order on July 19th, when this was in stock. After postponing three times, the item arrived to the next city where I am but was returned back. No details even from customer support. Contacted the seller directly, they just didn’t care about customer orders coming from Amazon.

After pestering the Amazon support, they placed an order for the item when it was not in stock (they probably can do that from their end). No idea though, when the item be back in stock and when I can see it in reality. Just gave up hopes and after 1 and half months, I got it finally.

Product is good, hence I waited, but the experience I received from both Amazon support and the seller are worst.

So if you are placing the order, be ready for this treatment.

Gagandeep kaur: I was not sure if I should order a bed from Amazon but then I took the chance and ordered this on sale. It only took 15 min to assemble the whole thing. It’s been more than 3 months that I’m using it and it’s doing really great. Super comfortable & No noise issues at all ! I’m happy that I cracked this good deal on sale .

Amanda HuntAmanda Hunt: I wish I had taken more pictures as I put it together-and maybe I’ll add more in awhile but here’s first impressions after just a few nights so far.

I ordered the king size bed and mattress combo. I was incredibly impressed for the value of what you get for the price. Very good quality bed. I was impressed by the packaging as well. The bed frame came in a heavy box and the box was heavily damaged-so I was concerned. But as I began opening it-I saw it was double boxed and the inner box was in perfect condition. When I opened it-I got concerned again as I only saw the headboard and no hardware-but the packaging is genius. The entire frame was packed INTO the headboard and zipped up. Very ingenious.

It only took my about an hour to put together by myself. The whole king bed. I was once again impressed it came with a ratchet to put everything together instead of your typical hex or Allen key. Made life so much easier.

It does sit fairly low-which I wasn’t used to-so I did get some bed risers to raise it up a bit.

It was as expected, which is great! Solid bed frame, even for my heavy queen size Avocado hybrid mattress, no squeaking. Easy and straight-forward to assemble by two people; that ratchet was handy.

When it was delivered the box was very heavy. I'm a petite girl and no one else was home when it was delivered so I struggled to push the box just inside the front door. It was well packaged, the box had damage to it but the bed frame remained intact. Everything was smartly packed inside the headboard, opens with a zipper. I was browsing for upholstered bed frames around October 2020 but wasn't ready to purchase until early January 2021 and the price went up by like $40! which made this bed frame over my original budget. But I still got it because of all the effort that I put into choosing this one and, although I had a second choice on my list, I already checked out the specs/the measurements to make sure this bed frame works with the mattress I already ordered and with the bedroom space.

TariqTariq: Product when it arrives is very heavy roughly 118lbs. Once opened all items are stored zipped up in the back of the headboard. Necessary tools were included not all screws needed to be used during assembly. One person is sufficient to assemble the bed frame. I did not time myself, but I'd say if you're focused it should only take an hour or less.

The manual was pretty clear cut. The images were accurate, and it all made sense. If I had to nitpick the wings according to the manual are the last to be attached. This means the whole frame has to be moved and the headboard unzipped in the back to gain access to the holes the screws go through to connect the wings. I would have preferred to do that earlier when it was easier before full assembly, especially if space is a constraint.

Other than that I am highly impressed with the quality, sturdiness (no squeaking or movement whatsoever), material, packaging, and overall look of the bed frame. My latex mattress feels very well supported. I've purchased from this brand before, and they seem to consistently produce great high quality products. Amazon CustomerAmazon Customer: I spent a fair bit of time reviewing bed frames online before purchasing. I wanted something simple to setup, sturdy, and nice looking, and this hit all the checkmarks for me, plus the price is unbeatable. Couple things that I didn't see in other reviews:
- It arrives in a VERY heavy box, that you'll need two people to haul in to your place (I was up a flight of stairs in my townhome and no way is it doable with one person). I have no idea how the delivery person got it to the doorstep, but koodos to them.
- all parts come neatly packed in the zippered storage behind the headboard which is a nice touch, plus you can use that for storage once it's assembled (maybe an extra blanket or two).
- nice touch to include both the hex wrench, and the wratcheting hex wrench (makes assembly with two people faster, and tightening down all the bolts a breeze). They even give you spare bolts should you need them.
- very intuitive construction and parts fit together perfectly, assembled in about 30 minutes or less. Once constructed this thing is as sturdy as a bedframe comes, and completely silent (velcro padded design on the wood slats helps), and no movement of the mattress.

LeahLeah: If you’re looking for an inexpensive bed frame this is pretty much as good as it gets.

I recently upgraded from a Queen to a King sized mattress. Our old queen bed and frame went into the guest bedroom. It was a dark grey tuffed wingback frame with a tall headboard and I was looking or hoping for something similar but on a budget this time.

The Zinus Frame arrived quickly and to my surprise in one (relatively) small box given the size of the frame. When I opened the box I was really impressed by the smart packaging. All the pieces actually fit into the back of the headboard in a zippered compartment. Good if you find yourself moving.

After set up I liked the frame but the real test was when we put the mattress on. we got a pillow top mattress and I felt like it took over in height too much of the headboard as well as the overall height of the bed. I am 5’5” so I’m not short but I felt like more of a leap to get on the bed than I was used to. This frame does not require a box spring and we did not use one but the mattress still managed to take over the entire frame. The mattress seemed a bit wider than the frame opening itself.
