Justin Mason: Bought this 3 year ago and it's held up very well (king size). We've had no issues with it since putting it together, which wasn't hard at all. The headboard is soft, and the fabric is not rough to the touch. We've had no issues with any of the parts seeming to degrade or fall apart. Would recommend buying this and would buy again if I needed too.

Thomas Mills: I bought this in preparation for moving into my new apartment. After 9 months of use, this has held up perfectly.

I’ve never heard any squeaking noises, even after ‘heavy use’. Incredibly sturdy, stable, and the grey headboard will match any bedroom nicely.

On top of that, with roughly 6 inches of clearance off the ground, there is more than enough space for your shoes or storage containers.

Overall, there is absolutely nothing negative to say about this product and at its price point, this should be a top choice for anyone looking for a nice headboard for themselves or for a guest/child’s room.

Amazon Customer: I was super paranoid after ordering when I saw some of the bed bug reviews but after doing the math, 2% of 47,000 reviews made me feel better and I am glad I bought it. It's been a week and I haven't seen/felt any sign of the critters.

I was going to make a Pros and Cons list but I haven't found any Cons yet. My King Size mattress (not from the same company) fits my King Size bed frame just fine. It didn't take long to assemble. Feels a step above IKEA furniture but way easier to put together. The upholstery is nice with no protruding parts. There seems to be enough support for everything, does not move or creek, and I had no missing parts.

I'll update my review if anything unusual happens but it's 5 stars right now.

Amazon Customer: Overall great, but some of the screws weren't flush with the frame and couldn't be fixed. One of the fabric buttons was very loose and hanging out.

TiffanyTiffany: At this point I'm a loyal Zinus customer. I've bought another bed frame from Zinus before, the Van metal frame, and adored it. But it was time for an upgrade (my roommate took my old frame and loves it though!)

As always, Zinus knows how to package their products. They are extremely efficient at how they pack, and don't use any Styrofoam in their packing process. The hardest part of getting this bed set up was just getting the bed frame upstairs on my own - so yes, for your back, use two people.

They include a tool that works like a rachet, as well as the traditional manual version. Not sure I liked the rachet - it got stuck more often than not when in use, and was more frustrating than anything. It did however, despite that frustration, save me some hand pain. Though, it cost me more time to build the bed frame as a trade off.

It's incredibly sturdy, and well made. Full disclosure, I'm a bigger gal. 300 big, and so far not a squeak or peep from it! (I'll update if that changes!)

JenniferJennifer: I ordered this brand because I got recommended it by my Korean coworker. Bed is sturdy and quality of reupholster was good. However, the headboard came with a circular stain on it. After all the work of putting it together, didn’t want to return it based on that though. Not sure what it was. But the bed itself and the slats were sturdy. Bed assembly was around 1-1.5 hours.

Canadian Car Guy: This is the 4th Zinus bed frame I've bought, one for my old bed, two for family members, and this one. I have nothing but good things to say about them. I've been getting the folding platform bases, because of the perfect balance of low price, excellent quality and silence, and ease of assembly/disassembly/moving. Having just gotten a new mattress, I wanted something a little more decorative, so I sprung for this upholstered frame, and so far it's great!
This is obviously more expensive than the folding platform bases Zinus makes, but to be honest, compared with similar frames I've seen in other places, they're still very reasonably priced, so no complaints there. This is also considerably more difficult to assemble, but that is no surprise in comparison, since their folding bases literally go together or apart in 5 minutes assembled by one person, being shipped almost entirely assembled and just unfolded and screwing on 4 wing nuts. That being said, I assembled it in around an hour, and a good 10 minutes of that was just getting it out of the box, since a second person would be really helpful for that.
