Robbie Wilkes: I certainly like working with this better than I do a fish tape, but it's not quite powerful enough to make the job as easy as I hoped.

It definitely works well on inner walls, with no insulation, but if you have to deal with external walls, then it's very hit or miss. The magnet just isn't strong enough to pull through the insulation.

I'm happy to have it, and it will come in handy, but I was hoping for more.

Troy Williams: This magnet puller is fantastic. It comes with two magnets. The disc is great! Hasn’t gotten stuck like my homemade one does. Lots of reviews mention using in walls which is great too. I also use in in automotive when pulling video camera wires behind the interior panels. I used it to pull a magnet on the inside of my lazy boy so I could set my phone on the arm rest. The possibilities are endless.

BigdaddyB: I purchase this item and really thought that I was going to return it. I watched a couple of videos of people using it, and still thought I wouldn’t be able to do it. I have been mounting my TVs in my home for years now, but never hidden the cords. This product has really changed mounting TVs for me. It was so easy to use and super strong. This product was so great. I did all the work without my husband at all, if you are looking to hide your cords easily and effectively don’t wait go ahead and purchase!!

Michael Prado: One of the best tools to have if you're passing cables around your house. Very easy to setup and has a strong magnet. The small adapter is perfect if you need to pass a cable through a ceiling light box. It has the exact size!

Frank Mckenzie: A waste of money, it does not fit in 20mm round conduit and if you tried to use it above a ceiling to go from one down light to another the magnet isn’t strong enough and loses contact. Very disappointed!!!!!

NYC: I wanted a wall light in the hallway but didn’t want to get an electrician to hard wire so I drilled two holes fed the electrical wire behind the plasterboard and put a plug on the end as the socket was nearby. The magnet is VERY strong. Can now put wall lights up around the house on my own, not cheap but well worth the money.

PP: First day of work magnet got attached to iron pipe behind the wall and while gently trying to pull it out.. Magnet separated from nylon rope leaving me without bigger magnet, I'm still using it with small magnet taped to the nylon but it really shouldn't happen so fast.

Dave Hunt: this line puller works great. ive used it twice so far. once to run a new HDMI cable up a wall, and the other to bring speaker wire across the celling. the magnet is super strong and the string seems pretty durable. the way it's designed, even if the cord was to fray or break, you could easily attach another and keep using the product. My only complaint is the storage bin. it's magnetic, so the magnets wat to grab it, and they do. i took the inside foam out because with it in there's no place for the spool. so now the magnets are just stuck to each other and the tin, but no big deal. great product, would recomment.
