Heather Wolf: The flavor must be outstanding because all three of my dogs will growl at each other if they think someone is trying to steal their share. I had my doubts about the effectiveness until I ran out and spent a week wishing I had no dogs. The excessive barking (the reason I bought them to begin with) ramped back up to intolerable levels. I have a rescue German Shepherd Golden Retriever mix that barks at every little noise. Every sneeze, every cough, every rumble of a truck, doorbells on t.v.... and her jealous boyfriend, a mini-Dachshund, who rarely shuts his trap as it is, is triggered by this, thinking there's a threat. Calming chews to the rescue. Before I ran out, they were calmer after having their "treats". I like that these are softer than the calming dental chews so the little guy can eat them too. My only complaint is they are a little too crumbly and there are quite a few smaller pieces and a fistful of crumbs in the bottom of the bag, so there seems to be a fair amount of waste. Still worth it. I give the smaller half and third sized pieces to the little dog.

Tiffany: TL;DR - works really well for a giant breed dog with SEVERE fireworks anxiety, better than anything I've tried giving him.

My dog is terrified of fireworks and unfortunately for him, my neighbors celebrate with them ALL year, at least once a week. By "terrified of fireworks" I mean that it's the worst care of firework anxiety any vet or person that sees his panic has ever seen. Any "boom" always sends my dog into panic attacks and hours of panting and trembling. He also won't go for walks after it's dark because he's afraid there will be a firework. As a dog mama, so hard to see him that afraid, and I worry about the effect it has on his health. I've tried everything, VERY strong cbd treats would work okay but the problem was that he wouldn't eat them if he was already panicked. Adaptil spray wouldn't do much for him at all. I've even given him Xanax because my vet recommended it after seeing just how terrified my dog was.

On top of those, I play the loudest music I can and have to sit in the bathroom (it's the best sound insulated room in my apartment) with my doggo until the fireworks stop. So I bought these out of desperation and was...
