YsChois Electric Fly Zapper and Swatter - Eliminate Annoying Insects Quickly and Easily!

Carley: So I got chickens, and when I got them I also got flies. Lots and lots of flies. My 2 children whom I adore like to drive mommy crazy and leave the back door open, inviting the flies inside. So I get my weapon of choice and start swinging that baby around. The best is when they settle on the window. They make it easy that way. One swat and they’re goners. If they’re flying around, it may take a couple swings but eventually they all end up in the same place and my house is spared.
This bad boy works better than my rechargeable fly zapper that my husband stole from me to put in his work shed. Jokes on him. He’s still got flies while he lets the zapper collect dust as he neglects to charge it. But mine, mine is still going after 3 months of the same batteries. That my friends is a victory in itself.

Jo: Effective and fun to use. I had a huge fly problem in the house. The ones I didn't kill, must have decided there were greener pastures and vacated. Evidently flies have some sense of self preservation in the face of unacceptable tactical losses lol. Great for small insects. Doesn't replace Deet, but it's amazing how many zaps you get outside against the mosquitoes when you can't even see them. Like the other reviewers said, it often doesn't kill the bigger flies. However, once they're stunned, simply hold the paddle over them and zap them a couple more times. You can actually smell them burning. It's akin to burning hair. For $10 worth every penny.

Christine C. Gaunder: I purchased one of these fly zappers from YsChois, and it stopped working rather quickly. I checked the batteries, which were fine. So I wrote to the company and told them about my problem, and they graciously sent me a replacement. I haven't had any problems with the replacement fly zapper that I received. It's lightweight, and since I have nothing to compare it with, I'd say that the size of the face (zapper part) is probably comparable to most others, although my preference would be an even larger face, which may mean the death of more flies. But maybe not...sometimes it just depends on luck or how you "swing the racket." Going after those little suckers with the fly zapper can be not only fun, but also provide a modicum of exercise!

Dj: Be careful with it. Does work to stun bugs but is flimsy. Easy to break.

Edited to add, I was refunded for the product and offered a new one and I think that this company is great for that!
