Sarah PalmerSarah Palmer: An impact drill is useful for putting in the small screws. Also don't put the top cupula screens in until you get the roof on completely. Some steps definitely need two people for the roof. It looks good in my garden and once attached to concrete blocks it is pretty solid. I like it.

Jennifer Perera: This item comes in 3 packages. One arrived with FedEx, which was the main structure, and then the other two arrived via USPS which were the panels and hardware. Everything came well packaged and protected, in other words, nothing came damaged. We started building around 1pm for which we stopped at 7pm and continued at 7am the next day, to be completed at 12pm; roughly 11 hours to build. Advice, follow the manual or atleast use it as a guide. You do need multiple people to help you to keep the structure stable and be able to put the pieces accordingly. I will say some of the holes don’t match up and you will have to do some manuvering to make the bolts go in. I also advise to place the curtain clips before completing the first part because after you complete the legs and enclosed, it is impossible to place the clips. In other words, you need a few hands to complete the task, follow the manual and patience.

Aron B.Aron B.: This is an amazing gazebo. It’s not easy to assemble and will take some time stepping through the detailed instructions. Will also require at least 2 people most of the time. But the end result is an absolutely beautiful, and solid gazebo. We are using ours over the hot tub. Love it!!

Bob Hicks: Once completely assembled, it’s a great value at this price point. However, there were several issues I encountered that I must say, were handled efficiently by a top notch customer service team. They responded immediately and did everything they could to rectify the issues.
1. FedEx did a terrible job in shipping the first of three boxes. This first box was so heavily damaged that none of the roof pieces could be used. They were bent up very badly.
2. The instruction manual was not very good, especially when it came to assembling the roof panels. Some steps are actually out of sequence. They really need to completely redo the manual.
3. Many of the holes do not line up properly which makes it difficult to assemble, especially the roof pieces. The manufacturer needs better in-process inspection.
4. I’ve worked in the metal manufacturing business over 40 years and dealt with 1000’s of assembly projects and never had as many problems as I did with some of the roof panels.
5. My wife and I spent over 20 hrs just assembling the roof.
6. The frame however, was an easy assembly.
7. The seller includes extra hardware which was a big plus.

Kevin: We are now 4 months in. This hard roof gazzebo replaced a canvas roof one that folded like a house of cards last winter (partially our fault). As most reviews say it took two days to put together. It was very well packed but be prepared for a couple of scratches. 99% of the holes lined up, nice for a Chinese product. Have a cordless drill driver handy set on low torque, becareful not to over tighten hardware. Snug hardware but dont tighten till the end of each instruction page. We had two trim pieces that were not cut right, took a while to get them replaced. The canvas and screen are very nice. Amazon sells tarp clamps that we screwed to the deck and used every couple of feet to keep the screen from flapping around. Overall this is actually a very nice product, very beautiful in our garden!!
