C: We did a remodel of our backyard and poured concrete and plan to add a hot tub. The gazebo was purchased to replace one we have used for several years. We wanted something that was a permanent fixture. This gazebo appeared to be the one to meet our needs. When it arrived and we were separating the parts we were concerned about the quality of the gazebo. The pieces seemed cheap and flimsy. As we started assembling the gazebo it felt sturdier.
The pictures of the directions need to be more enlarged. There were a few situations we didn’t understand what the directions were saying. For example, the picture of the plastic clips getting attached to the panels is incorrect. It shows the clips being put on backwards. This wouldn’t allow the panels to slide up the track to lay on the top. We had to resort to YouTube to find the correct way to do this.
Once the gazebo is completed it is a wonderful piece. It’s just unfortunate the assembly takes such a long time.

Phillip Gauthier: Not a flimsy or cheaply made product like many I’ve experienced in recent years. Very sturdy, nice think hard powder coating that doesn’t scratch easy. A lot of work to put together, but worth it. Tip, don’t put the green panel rain guards on upside down, instructions were not clear and I hade to take a whole side of roof panels off again to replace the right way; prevents screw holes from lining up. This will take a single person at least 3 solid days to assemble but was impressed with the high end quality at the end.

Jack HammerJack Hammer: We wanted a cover for our deck so we could enjoy eating more often outdoors and to enjoy a nice evening thunder storm. This Gazebo fit our deck almost to the inch, perfect fit. It was easy to schedule the delivery, they put the 5 boxes it comes in exactly where we asked them. The fun part was assembling, which took a few weekend to finish. I had watched a video online for an older version of this gazebo and it looked pretty simple. Most of it can be put up with one person assembling, but there are a few parts that require the help of another person. The base part was simple, all parts fit perfect, screws went in easily, no bad parts and didn't have to struggle to make things fit together. The directions were mostly understandable, only a few parts were confusing, especially when we got to putting on the roof parts. Sometimes it is easier to leave the screws loose until you get each step completed, and then tighten them. The assembly of the roof was the hardest and most time consuming. The top-top roof was difficult to put on the roof panels as the edge clips that you have to put on each panel kept coming off when pushing them into place. I found a tip later in the instructions to...

Adrienne: Sturdy structure. 12x10 is a perfect size. Construction was slightly difficult. Following directions is important. Must work slowly and methodically. Patience is required. This gazebo compliments any deck or patio. Very happy with this purchase.

Zee: The predrilled holes are not very accurate, especially in the roof. It is so bad that the screws are unable to fit, so the roof is still unfinished. I’m not sure what I can do to fix this.

Thomas J. Phillips Jr.Thomas J. Phillips Jr.: We are very pleased with the end result of the Gazebo. Took my wife and I (both 60+) about 15 hours to assemble. The instructions were mostly pictures and left a lot to be desired. The installation video online was for a previous version of this Gazebo, but still worth the watch.
Things were packed very thoroughly. The frame was pretty straight forward and went together rather easily. We did have a little trouble with one of the beam connectors, but worked thru it. The roof supports took a little more time, especially the ones that use the little inserts. Dry fit these sections since the instructions were iffy. The end caps were also a little difficult.
We were concerned with the roof since we were putting in a tight spot. The little roof at the top was the most difficult aspect. We bagged the little plastic wings since the would not stay on even with double sided tape. For the 4 piece section of the little roof, we assembled on the ground and temporarily held together with blue painters tape. We were able to install as this one piece. The little end caps went on easier this time. The large roof panels were more tedious than difficult. We had 8 and 6 foot ladders...
