JessJess: My husband and dad worked in the freezing cold to put this together and almost had it finished but are missing several pieces and have too many of the wrong pieces to be able to finish ! Not only is my husband IRATE but I am too as we have family coming over and no where for the outdoor smokers to be ! I’m so livid !!!!!

JC: So extremely frustrating to put together. 4 of the support beams don't line up correctly. Missing screws and a bunch of the other screws were stripped and I haven't even gotten to the roof yet. I tried talking to customer service and they gave me a 20% discount after I specifically said I would prefer replacement pieces instead.

YC-M: A 2 women job for sure!
It was easy to build but so many missing parts. Ugh! Had to go to Ace Hardware to get all the missing part it took me 3 days to finish just trying to source all the parts.
1. It's so frustrating when you're building and you discover that parts are missing...
2. The curtains are of nice quality but the plastic hooks where they glide really fragile and not durable. Should be made of metal.
3. I didn’t call in for the parts because like others have mentioned it’s slow and I’m not sure how long it will take. I will ask for the curtain hooks since they just snapped on day. I will update about what luck I have.
