Ronny: The previous diverter I had to switch between my shower head and hose was so difficult to switch that I generally just didn't bother. This one switches so easily and as they feel to it that so smooth that, while I know it sounds ridiculous, feels luxurious and I just go back and forth sometimes because it's just nice to switch! It's kind of cool, you can put it in the middle and the water splits between the showerhead and the hose – and well the water pressure is therefore not particularly high out of either, it feels like a luxurious double showerhead in my mediocre little bathroom shower.

John Visschedyk: I found this product to be of very good quality. Actually, I used this product in conjunction with a shower extension bar and a rainforest shower head. I needed the diverter for the existing shower handle to work as well. Easy to install. Some care is needed in tightening - don't overtighten - just until it won't turn any more. Works great! It was actually for my girlfriend's tub who has a hard time washing her hair in the kitchen sink.

DaveDave: I purchased this valve to install a hand held shower, an extension arm, and a overhead rain shower. I’m not very handy but I was able to install it in minutes. No Leaks. The lever on the valve works smoothly. Everything I needed was included. Our shower was low and this allowed me to make it great!!

WZWZ: As mentioned in my other review:
I bought this to modify the original Grohe shower head for my aging parents (seniors). The shower head base connecting to the wall was non-standard so I could not replace it. Fortunately the base had a standard thread to allow workaround modifications including extension & adapter to make the shower head lower & reachable. Since they just needed the hand shower, I purchased the additional Moen Chrome Remote Dock which has worked really well just stuck to shower wall with no screw (cleaned the wall really well before sticking). There didn't seem to be an option to purchase the hand shower wand without the base which we didn't need. My parents have found the hand shower very easy to use:
- Light weight
- Good size ie not gigantic head
- Easy dial to change spray pattern
- Strong pressure
- Easy to attach to dock
Bought another for their guest shower and used it as the main shower head with the base - works...
