K. MaloyK. Maloy: Way easier than I thought it would be. My daughter and I had it up in less than 5 minutes. It can be done by one person too. I took it down myself and wrapped it up and put it in the bag in less than 5 min. It comes in a bag the size of a camp chair, and is very light. We have not used it at the beach yet. But I can see this come in very handy for various activities. For reference, my daughter in the picture is almost 5'10" The patio/closing flap is a little small. Not sure I will use it as such. But it seems sturdy so far.

Maria Thornton: We are a family of 4 and my 2 kids are 1 and 3 at the moment but I believe this will work for us. If you have a bigger family you might want to get another one.
