Kindle Customer: I watched the set up video and thought boy that's well rehearsed. I am pleasantly surprised as 15 seconds or less and I'm ready to put my chair and cooler in. It's light and no bigger than a bag chair so packing the car is not a challenge. We will see how it stands up over time but for now I'm very impressed .

Laura P.Laura P.: Two things happened to facilitate my purchase of a beach tent. 1. My dermatologist yelled at me enough, and 2. My pooches have attained an age at which they no longer love going to the pet resort (aka kennel). So now, they travel with me. They had not been to the ocean side of the shore before, and I was not sure how they would react, so I bought a beach tent as well as some easy-clean outdoor beds. Two out of three loved the tent. The third preferred the sand between her toes… she is Momma’s girl after all.
The tent set up was very easy, even for one person. The takedown was a little more difficult, but not too bad. My best advice on this front would be to read the brief directions. It’s worth the effort.
The tent is lightweight, but durable. The sand pockets are genius. I put the cooler full of cold beverages inside the tent for a little extra stability, but I honestly think it would’ve been fine without that. Our last day on the beach, there was a storm out at sea and the wind was intense, but the tent never faltered. The size is perfect. I had two beach chairs and three small dog beds, along with the cooler inside the tent.

Jenna PalmerJenna Palmer: I’m THRILLED I finally purchased this! It was so easy for me to set up and take down without the help of anyone. I can not wait to go to the beach with it, definitely will work with my 9 month old daughter and 1 year old nephew plus an adult or two. I don’t have any negatives about this tent, but we also haven’t used it at the beach yet so we’ll see.
The windows will provide a nice cross breeze, and the babies love to play in it as it is.

vonxojn: This was a nice beach tent. However we were on the beach when the sun first rose and the tent provided no shade. We would had to turn the tent around but that defeats the purpose of being at the beach. The top did not extend out enough. Besides that..it was easy to open. Closing it was a hassle. It took several attempts to get it to closed.

Mary Vincent: We bought this when my kid was 2, he's now 9. We go to the beach for one week a year every year. We just got back from this tent's 7th trip to the beach. The tent is starting to get some small holes but I think she may have a year or two more to go.
Easily my favorite purchase for the beach. Light weight, easy to set up and put away. We've been on the beach with rain and wind and she has held up as I've seen others chase their open sail style tents down the beach or spend hours trying to configure those weird ones that look a pair of stretchy underwear over poles. Husband will carry on his back with bag it comes with while biking, not super ideal but he doesn't complain bc its so light even if slightly awkward looking across his shoulders. Fits our family of 3 nicely. I would say 2 adults 2 kids or 3 adults is probably the comfortable max.
I also enjoy using the tent because we throw all the beach towels, coolers, shoes etc in the tent and I don't feel like we are stringing everything all over the place like a poorly laid out yard sale. When the kid was smaller, and even now, great place to sit out of direct sun, dry off, have a snack in the shade and be able to reapply...
