AmberAmber: I use this bag to carry my cat around my college campus with. It is used most every day. Bought it back in July 2022 and now March 2023 the caring straps/handles are coming apart from the bag. washes wonderfully in the washer and line dried. Wish the side pocket was a little larger to carry his water dish and treats, had feet on the bottom of the bag and was a bit bigger all around. Over all its a wonderful bag!

Ashley: Like many other reviewers, I have shopped around and even purchased numerous soft-sided carriers for an upcoming trip. I have a 12lb toy/miniature poodle mix who is not used to being crated but needed a carrier for a flight. After purchasing two other carriers (an expanding one on Amazon and a Sherpa carrier from a local pet store)—both with their own pros and cons— I ordered this carrier with low expectations… let me tell you, I was extremely impressed by it! Though half the cost, this carrier is more sturdy and roomier than either of the other two carriers I bought. Even though the dimensions actually measure an inch smaller, the interior of the carrier seems roomier and my dog can move around in it (finally). The numerous ventilation areas make it easy for her to breath and she walks into it without it without hassle. 100% recommend!

MGMG: Great little bag. love the mesh on three sides so two pups can see each other. also, since they are forced to lay down all the way on the plane, it’s nice for them to look up through the mesh and be able to see without straining. both lulu and fifi (9 and 12 lbs respectively) fit in their own small bag. it was our second try and the best choice because it has a tapered top- just a wee bit small for under the plane seat, but the tapered/slightly rounded top allows a bit of room to squish it in undamaged. square/rectangle shaped bags do not allow for this. the bag is sturdy. folds down mainly flat for storage. bottom could be a little stiffer, but mainly sturdy/strong. Out pups felt right at home in their bags. in fact, when we opened the top ‘door’ they at first didnt even notice they could escape! then they popped their heads out and just hung out in the bag while we waited for our flight. it was a good choice for us and the pups first trip went well. we look forward to many more flights in these bags. so far, value for money is great. we’ll update the review sometime down the road. fyi- our dogs are yorkshire terrorists (if you own a yorkie you might know what we mean by...

AllthebestAllthebest: We tried several bags – 8 to be exact. This one was perfect . . . plenty of room for our 5lb fur baby and super comfy.
Not only is this bag airline approved, our little princess loves it!
This carrier served multiple purposes for our travels. Yes, she can fly in it, but she also used it as her “bed away from home.” She took naps in the hotel room while waiting for us to get ready, and was comfy and cozy resting in the carrier when we went into any places that didn’t allow pets.
Where many of the other carriers didn’t allow for easy in/out on her own, this one had THREE different openings (top, front, side) that all zipped up securely while not in use. The side opening is the one we used most – so she can see everything going on in the room and can easily get in and out of the carrier.
This bag was sturdy and unlike some, didn’t cave in once set up. It’s also super quick and easy to break down flat for transportability. Thank goodness for that, because every time we got to the check-in counters, they make you open up the bag and set it up with your dog in it before they will issue your tickets.

Mslory: I ordered this item twice. Both times the strap broke on it. The first time it broke at home. The second time it broke while we were traveling and in the airport. It was very hard to manage when I couldn't use the strap. And it was too late to return the second one. Now I will have to find someone to fix it.

Tiffany N.: I recently moved cross country and needed to transport two cats with me via airplane. We purchased this carrier for my larger 15lb cat. This is the perfect carrier for airplane travel. The carrier's dimensions lined up perfectly with the underseat space he was supposed to go in for the flight. Despite being a big cat, the carrier offered enough space for him to change positions and turn around, which was important for a 6 hour flight. The fleece lined bottom was comfy enough that he took a few naps on it on the days leading up to the flight. The option of top or front loading made it easy to get him in and out at airport security. The luggage pass through allowed us to wheel him around on top of our suitcase, a much appreciated feature as we had lots of luggage to tow around as part of the move. We were also able to store some extra absorbent pads and some kibble for him in the exterior pocket, thus freeing up some of our much needed luggage space (cat counts as your personal item for flights). Sharla Triffo: I love this carrier, it the perfect size and folds flat. My only problem is the one handle is coming off already. I have had it only 3 weeks and my dog only weighs 3 lbs now so it isnt because she's too heavy.

FlorFlor: I bought this carrier to transport my little Maltese of 2.3Kg. and it had plenty of room for her to move around. the handle couldn’t stand not even an hour of movement.
we traveled from Newfoundland Deer Lake to the USA, and while I was holding her on the line to get on the plane the handle broke and my little snowball almost heat the ground, fortunately I was also holding the shoulder strap and I managed to keep it from landing on the ground. Contact Amazon and they did support me. one more thing this size hits the top part underneath the air plane seat. you have to squeeze it for it to fix.

Jan: Have kitty, will travel...lol. She loves it and actually sleeps in it. Thanks to Jackson Galaxie for showing what to do to the carrier to get kitties used to it. Throw kitty treats or toys inside it and use it as a bed until vet time. Or put your t-shirt inside so they know it it safe.
To many times people get the carrier and put it in storage, so the kitty isn't used to it and owner ends up with a fight on their hands trying to get kitty into carrier.

Hillary Pugh: I bought this product for my six pound malshi puppy, as she is not car or travel trained and I needed her to be contained for vet trips, grooming and social visits. I browsed from many of the options on Amazon and decided on this product because of the soft mat bottom, the mesh so my puppy is aware of what's around her still, and the many options for zipping it open, as well as the one pocket I can stuff a couple of poop bags and treats for on the go. There's a plastic clip on the inside to secure the dog using their collar or harness ring but I haven't needed to put it on my puppy. She fits comfortably in the pack and has shown signs that she now associates it with going to my car, which is very cute. The fabric is definitely strong enough for its use and I haven't had any issues with the zippers or handles. Since she's a puppy still, she's chewed at the mesh wall a couple of brief times but hasn't done any damage really which is also impressive. I really do recommend investing in this if you're just starting to crate train and travel with your puppy because this has really become her car crate and it's a safety space for her that she's comfortable in.
