terry: I bought this carrier because I liked the color pink in it. It looked great in the picture. I use it to take my girls to their annual vet visits. It comes with a wool like removeable insert. When picking up the carrier, while it is sturdy and can be picked up by the long strap and side handles, I just wish the bottom of it was harder, so the girls could be more stable in it during their trip. Other than that, I like that it has multiple ways of putting the cat in it, from above and the sides. Easy to disinfect and quick drying.

Amazon CustomerAmazon Customer: Perfect size! I travelled from France to Canada with my little dog, the carrier was perfect for the flight. It was easy to store away as it folds flat, and the sleeve in the back was great to put on top of my suitcase.
Lots of mesh, so dog gets plenty of fresh air.
One of my breeder friends travels all over the world delivering puppies and this is the carrier she uses.

Jo: I recently put my cats in a cattery while I went on holiday, and bought this for my second cat. It did the job, and was big enough for a medium sized cat. I liked the soft flooring.
The one thing that I didn't like so much is that it collapses on itself if you use the end doors. My other cat carrier has a second zip that stops this from happening.
But overall, it's a good carrier and I'll keep using it!
