Gnat: Great carrier, allows pet more room to move around, while remaining contained. Lots of zippers to manage, but the extra space for your fur baby, while still keeps them contained and safe, isn't an issue at all. Very nice looking carrier. Allows loading of your pet from the end or the top of the bag.

Crystal: The media could not be loaded.  Sturdy hardware. Stiff board with about 1/4 inch of padding for bottom of crate. The cover on the board is removable. There is no board for the bottom of the expansions, so if you are expanding it on a really hard, uncomfortable surface you might consider tossing in a little extra hand towel or something to soften the expanded area. Love all the various openings, making dog access handy from any angle. I hope my two chihuahuas will tolerate traveling together better in this than in their old one.

Amazon CustomerAmazon Customer: I have had this bag for 9 months and it’s the second one I have bought. My 10lbs Malshi loves it and is in it everyday in the car. Fits perfectly on Air Canada and West Jet flights. I am disappointed that both bags have the same flaws and the poles wear the fabric down and wear holes in the bag and the strap started breaking as well. Love the bag but the quality needs some attention.

I loved this product! Honestly the perfect solution for flying with your furry friend. Traveled from America to Israel (13 hour flight) and it was the perfect solution. We easily trained our dog to love his bag before the flight and the fur insert makes it cozy and comfy for them. I love the side zips to adjust the size of it! It was great for boarding the flight with the bag all zipped up and then once we got on the flight, we unzipped the sides and he had his own little comfy spot. He slept the entire time and loved it!!! I would highly recommend for anyone looking for an affordable and comfortable solution for both you and your pet.I loved this product! Amazon Customer: Quality soft side carrier. Good ventilation & nice that it expands on both sides & has an exterior pocket. Deducted 1star due to it only having nylon straps without a padded handle like the shoulder strap has. I was able to purchase some car handle pads that made the carrier much more comfortable to carry.

Sue PSue P: I really love this bag as it is super solid and sturdy. The edge of this carrier is supported by wiring within the seams. Hence it is always in a good form and have never collapsed. My dog always feel comfortable and secure inside the bag, she easily falls asleep when the bag is zipped up. The bag can also be unzipped on both sides for more room.

I bought this bag initially for traveling in the airline as it fits the requirements to bring it into the cabin. However just because the bag is just so well made, I bring my dog to a lot of places in this bag.. even for a grocery run :)

The m bag carrier would fit small breed dogs such as Chihuahua, Yorkshire or Silky Terrier. Anything beyond Silky terrier would be pushing the limit.

I would highly recommend this bag for any small breed dog owner.

Dawn: The charcoal carrier match’s my cat and the turquoise trim is my favourite colour. We are travelling by air with Teddy Bear our cat in October and we have a stop over. We will be glad that we can expand it so he can stretch and move around without problems Feels like the Cadillac in pet carriers

Tanya PirieTanya Pirie: I have purchase 2 of these the first was for my large cat who hates carriers and I thought this may work in the event he has to go to the vet. He loves it and now uses it to relax. I leave the sides expanded and door open and he comes and goes. We got my mother in law a new kitten and got the same for him. He loves it and plays in it and sleeps in it. It allows her to give him a play area when she needs to do other things. It's light to carry and we'll designed and the little mattress pad is soft. Great product.

susan: There is no hole from which to remove the rods in the sz Medium carrier I received. Also, the carrier I ordered was PetsFit brand, but another, unknown brand was received instead. Same features as PetsFit but it is deceptive not to send the expected brand. Because the top rod is NOT removable in sz M, and because the mesh on the product seems cheap, I am returning. Finally, even if the top rod is removable, which it is not in the product I received, the wires at each end of the frame are so stiff that you would not be able to sufficiently bend it to fit under a very low airline seat of 10" or less (which is the max I must meet for the airline I am flying with).
