The WORX WG743 is your go-to cordless lawn mower for tackling tough jobs. Powered by a 40V Power Share 4.0Ah battery, this 17" mower is both powerful and efficient. Plus, it comes with batteries and a charger included. It's no wonder that WORX store customers rate it as one of the best Battery Mowers based on battery life, build quality, customer support, and design. Get your cordless mowing job done with the WORX WG743.Amazon Customer: Love the word grass trimmer, but the mower isn’t for me. Roughly 30 minute battery life. Blades aren’t very sharp. Extremely light weight which is both good and bad. Easy to push, but it’s difficult to keep a straight line. Goes off track with every little bump. Biggest issue is the mower has very little suction. If the grass isn’t standing perfectly straight, is misses a lot of bent blades. Don’t expect it to pick up leaves either. They will mostly mulch back onto the ground with or without the bag attached. Still, it does a decent job if you have a small yard and don’t mind going back over some areas. I’d recommend spending a little more for a higher quality mower. Worth it in the long run.

J. White: The mower is light weight. Easy to use. Very easy. The batteries are great but last 30 minutes. You must have a very small yard to finish it within 30 minutes. My yard is not large. 3/4 of an acre. Then I have to wait at least two hours for the batteries to charge. I could purchase two more batteries but it gives me an excuse too to take a break when it’s too hot outside so I don’t over do it. The mower and batteries are worth it. I enjoy mowing even more now.

Amazon Customer: Le moteur est puissant, les batteries sont encore à 20% à la fin d’une tonte d’environ 40x100pi. Silencieuse et légère le travail est facile. Je n’utilise pas le sac.

T NT N: The first one I ordered arrived with a broken power handle and no batteries. It was clearly not “Like New”, and if you are going to ship someone a customer return, at least make sure all the parts are included.
I returned that one and ordered it again. This one is in perfect condition and I’ve been quite happy so far.

Molly.eq: If you're looking for a really quiet and super easy to use mower at a decent price, this will do the trick on a typical sized lawn (0.2-0.4 acre). If you have a bigger lawn, get more batteries or cut less grass at one time. If you're looking to go green, look around. This probably isn't the best performing environment-friendly mower out there.
After the first use on 5-7" grass, this thing performed as well as expected. It's not quite as powerful as a dinosaur guzzling mower, but keep in mind, it's also not a Tesla. However, it sure is quiet and easy to use. My wife called it my secret lawn mower because she could not hear it from inside the house. I could also hear my son and his friends talking as they played basketball in the driveway. This thing is extremely easy to handle. Without the batteries in, it honestly feels like my kids' old toy lawn mower. No joke. With the batteries in, it's not much heavier and I could easily push it with one hand, which means ANYONE in my family can now cut the grass. We'll see if that actually happens.
Unboxing was easy and it came in two boxes, so it was in perfect condition. Assembly was a cinch and only took about 5 minutes, basically...

Kindle Customer: I have a 20 inch mower which is harder to manoeuvre as my yard has plenty of obstacles like trees, flower beds and rose bushes. I got this 14 inch because it's smaller and in theory more agile.
The good:
(1) Relatively lightweight. Easy to put in shed and take out.
(2) Small enough to manoeuvre really well close to trees, walls, flower beds, etc.
No string trimming needed, the mower gets close enough.
(3) Seems very well built. Doesn't feel cheap.
(4) Cuts very well. I see no stray grass, everything is the same height after mowing.
(5) Adjusts the blade speed depending on thicker or thinner grass.
(6) Mulches really well. The muclhes grass is shredded very thinly. Does a good job muclhing maple tree leaves as well.
The not so good:
(1) On a 2000 square foot lawn, not particularly thick, batteries are done right around the time I finish. It's advertised as 5000 square feet... Hard to believe it could do that much.
(2) Batteries charge very slowly. Around 3-4 hours using the supplies charger.
(3) The handles can be folded for storage, but they're not the quickest. You have to unscrew 4 bolts completely. No tools needed. But it's still more...

jzjz: UPDATE: 29March2023
Well I’ve had two cuts so far this spring & I’m even more impressed. Lawn was dry both times; I cut about an inch off for the first cut of the year; raised the mower up to 4” for the second cut. Cut the entire lawn (mulched) both times with a runtime of about 40 minutes on each cut & still had some juice left in the batteries (one light was on when pressing battery power meter buttons). Impressed me!!
After each cut, I recharged the batteries to a full charge in about 2hrs. Pretty darn good.
I was so pleased, I just ordered a worx weed wacker on the same 40V battery shared platform!! No need for more batteries or chargers.
Original review:
Very lightweight. Surprised it worked so well! Nice build by Worx!! Of course, very quiet & EZ to push even on my inclines & sloped yard.
I have about 6,000 sq ft yard. (Total lot - sq ft of house, driveway, sidewalks).
Charged batteries full, gave it a go. Had 4” of grass, wet from prior day’s rain. Even in mulch mode, it chomped thru the cut effortlessly. But… due to mulching 2” of wet grass, batteries fizzled after 20min. I didn’t have to use...

JoshuaJoshua: I finally got my first house and needed a lawn mower. I wasnt keen on getting a gas one cause i didnt want to have to store gas, or fill a gas can a lot. So after days of research, I settled on this one, and I'm glad I did. It's awesome. It was easy to put together. It's not too loud. But, the best part, I have tons of leaves in the fall and this thing mulches them like nobodies business. I added some pictures to try and show. You can see the short path I took testing the mower out.
It mulches up the leaves into small pieces, breaks sticks without problem, doesnt even have an issue with these big seeds that fall off the trees.
Also, this thing is light as hell for how strong it is. I can literally use it with one hand. Though, I am a 6'0, broad shoulder man who does strength training. But it's still very light!
