Christopher Hellmund: I really liked that it covers a good quantity of stomach, and it really traps the heat to make you sweat. I don't like the ribbing in it for running or doing any sort of bending or seated activities (makes it really uncomfortable). Good for walking/incline training.

Christy Shiplett: For reference I am 5'4", 275lbs, waist is 43.5" and belly just under belly button at 52". And I bought the 3XL. Grey with one belt.
First thing I noticed is how good of quality it appears to be. I was skeptical for it being $10.00. I immediately put it on and noticed how comfortable and soft it feels and the size was perfect! It only sits just at my natural waist (below the ribs) and goes to the bottom of my belly, for my height and size. Which is fine because it's the belly I'm working on :)
For kicks and giggles I took a measurement with it on, and my belly pooch went from 52" to 49". And I could immediately feel the sauna affect of being wrapped in this.
I can't wait to wear this to workout in. But it's so comfortable, I'm thinking about wearing it to work too!

K.M.: I like the quality of the belt, that is why I and giving 4 stars -- the problem is that the belt stretches and the velcro belts don't pull you in like other belts do... I bought an X-Large- I wear a size 16/18. The very first day I put the belt on I struggled to get it on but I did and I exercised as usual. I washed and air dryed the belt for the next use. The very next day - the belt was too loose. No struggle to put it on. No, I did not lose 2 inches in a day, the belt stretched from just one use.
The composition of the belt does not account for curves and the 2 belt system does not account that the top of my torso area is smaller than the bottom and the velcro belts do not pull this area in. I am going to try the 3 belted belt in a size Large in hopes that it will address the various sizes in this area.
