KF2011: This does exactly what it says! I sweat soooo much when I wear this. I really didn’t believe the hype, because I’m a sweat-er regardless when I’m working out but the first time I used this, I went on a run in the Texas summer heat and babyyyyy, my leggings were soaked on my butt, crotch and stomach. I didn’t buy the sweat stuff and I don’t think I need it.

It has not only helped me tone my abdominal area and reduce fat, but it also serves as excellent insulation during nighttime use. I love this product, it not only helps to shave off some sweats (and perhaps weight) and help the tummy firm up its muscle. Additionally, it is a wonderful back support when you use it when sitting or driving. It also makes you more conscious of your posture. Great product overall!

IT FREAKING WORKS!!!!!!!
