Tara: I bought this and some of the reviews said that if I wanted a snugger fit then to size down. Obviously, for working out, I didn’t want it loose and rubbing me. I did that and it was definitely too small. Order your size.

Amazon Customer: I got this for two reasons: to help with the Hula fit belt I got (nothing can help it work better lol) but this covers the skin so well and protects your skin as well from getting pinched or scratched and to produce a nice sweat and it succeeded in both. I have only used once so cannot say whether it will help loose weight, but I will continue to use even without the silly Hula belt. It does also have reinforced bars/boning in the back for additional support and that def improves your posture lol.
