kittygotclaws: I bought 2 sizes a UK 7 and UK 7.5. My daughter is a true 40 UK 6.5 and the 7 is perfect on her. I go between sizes 7- 7.5 and the 7.5 is a better fit in length but feels a little wide around toe/instep area (I have a narrow foot) I wore mine today for an hours walk and wore a thick ankle sock but the padding around the ankle was kind of rough and I got blisters. I dont have delicate skin at all but would advise a long sock until they are broken in. Lightweight and comfy otherwise, great colour and I walked through wet grass to see if they were waterproof and they do seem to be alright. I tried my daughters pair size 7 and they were a tidier and perfect fit in width but my toe was tipping the top so I kept the 7.5. Hopefully I can break them in quickly.

En dos meses, las he usado tres veces:
Ruta 15kms, 1570 mt desnivel (llegando a 2900), terreno un poco técnico por zonas. 8 horas de lluvia y por ende frío., con chispas de nieve las dos últimas. Cuando me las quité, tenía el pie húmedo (quiero pensar q el agua entró x el pantalón) pero no tenía frío en ellos no me dolían.
Ruta 12kms, -760 desnivel. Se secaron rápido al sol y fueron perfectas éste día.
Ruta 10kms terreno de piedra suelta y tierra. Aquí ya noté que una de las botas, por delante, tenía una pequeña línea de aire, como si se fuese a abrir o separar la suela de la estructura de la bota.
Las hr limpiado y cuando las vuelva a usar, comentaré.

wildoliveway: I bought these to support my ankle that I sprained. I sprained my ankle two weeks before my trip to Italy. I wanted a boot that came up above my ankle. I am super picky about my shoes. I was worried they would need to be broken in before being comfortable. These were amazing right out of the box. They were comfortable and supported my ankle. I was able to walk all over Italy for two weeks. When I got home I continued to wear them because they were so comfy. Now a month and a half later I am heading for the mountains and I plan on doing some hiking with my ankle still healing. So happy I got these and they are super cute as well.
I wear a size 8 1/2 in shoes and a 9 in boots. I bought the 9 wide and they were perfect. I love these boots!

KhalyseeKhalysee: I went to the Roan Highlands in NC last month with my Merrell Blaze Aeros which are great water hiking shoes but failed at rocky mountain hikes because my ankles were rolling and twisting like crazy so I knew I needed more support. I got some Columbias but they were stiff and just didnt feel right. These Merrels matched the color and style of my Blaze so I took the plunge and got them. I literally could not shut up about these boots the entire hike. As you can see, my boyfriend was wearing sneakers and I had to walk ahead of him to let him know when something was muddy or wet, he was not a happy camper (literally) and I will be getting him some Merrells for our next hike. I did 2 days and about 15 miles on the Blue Ridge mountains, completed the Sam Knob mountain and Flat Laurel creek trails so these boots saw it all. This trail had lots of mud, rocks, climbs, and water. These boots took it all like a champ including fully submerging them in mud and creeks and they stayed completely dry and look brand new, I was absolutely blown away. The inserts are a bit too thin and tough for my taste so I replaced them with some Vomii memory foam insoles and it was the bees knees. The support...
