Eric: I have bought these horns many times and they are great for the price. Pretty loud almost as loud as a semi horn but not as low pitch. This particular one gets a slightly lower review because the relay it came with was defective and didn't work. Not a huge deal to me because I have extra relays. But for the average diy install this is not good and could be very hard to determine what actually is wrong.

Nemo: Deben probar en donde ponerla por que llega a lastimar el oído del lado del conductor, en mi caso la puse en el lado opuesto apuntando hacia la derecha del lado copiloto. no es de buen acabado el material pero hace su función.

I was skeptical but after having numerous issues of replacing compressors, solenoids, pressure switches on my semi horn system leaving me down without a real horn at times that I had to add something that didn't require air & all the other components that could just be wired in like your normal horn. I liked this horn so much I bought another while if you do use 2 you’re definitely are going to need a relay for atleast one of them otherwise it'll blow your horn fuse like I found out lol. You will need some decent room to mount these but I was able to barely stuff 2 plus my bigger semi horn all inside the front of my crown vic 😁 Also when installing keep the relay out of the front grille area or where it can get blasted with water, I had mine tucked & electrical taped off to the side in my grille until one day I hit a turn & the horn automatically blasted stuck on so loud it sounded like a firetruck which this is just one horn! Relay got shorted from water being trapped inside the tape which looked like it was in a shipwreck so I relocated a new relay farther into the engine bay been fine since. This horn is...

Dead battery: Giving it 4 stars for now having just installed it today on my 2016 MB Sprinter van. Was able to install the compressor in the same location as the factory “meep meep” roadrunner horn (it was embarrassing having to use that thing!) using the factory mounting bracket, although I had to enlarge one of its holes to accept the bolt that came with the new horn. I removed the front grill and placed the horn directly in front of the radiator, mounting it to the beefy plastic structure to which the grill is fastened (drilled a couple holes and used the hardware accompanying the kit). Unfortunately, the selected install location meant the air tubing that came with the kit was about 12” too short so I paid a visit to a nearby Lowe’s to pick up some 3/8 OD x 1/4 ID vinyl tubing (let’s see how long this stuff holds up). Since the van already has a relay for the horn circuit, I simply swapped out the factory 15A fuse with a 20A fuse. I read several reviews where folks were disappointed with the horn’s sound and volume and I suspect that perhaps they simply wired it up incorrectly or installed the horn (or compressor) such that the air tubing was kinked. Steve T: I was looking for an air horn for my son's truck, he wanted something a bit more robust than the week stock horn. I looked a all the ones on Amazon (and else where). I settled on this one as it has a longer trumpet which should produce a deeper tone, and it only has the one so it should be good and loud. The tone and volume did not disappoint us, it's quite loud and sounds good too, we still have one stock horn hooked up with it just in case it quits. The kit includes some hardware to install it and a pretty short piece of hose. I added a 30A relay so I could trigger the compressor with the horn on the steering wheel. The horn mounted easily behind the grill (I did have to fab some small brackets0. The compressor I wanted under the hood to try and keep it dry, so I had to use my own hose (I had about 3' of vacuum line), and I mounted the relay under the existing relay panel cove, out of the way and added an in-line 25A fuse between the power and the relay. It did take me a couple of hours to get it all done, you'll definitely want some 12ga wire, terminal lugs, more hose and the relay.
