ESTANCO PONS: No está mal, la única pega que le veo es que no me lee los códigos que llevan los clientes en los móviles. No se si es que no lo he configurado bien o que, lo intentaré de nuevo y si me falla lo devolveré ya que los códigos que más necesito leer son los que llevan en el móvil mis clientes. Por la resta muy bien el lector.

Ben: This does exactly what you want it to do. It is completely plug and play with no setup required on Windows 10, despite their official website about this model claiming you have to do some firmware update to make it work. There is in fact a laser on this scanner despite the product description suggesting otherwise, so if you really want to avoid ones that can hit your eyes, don't get this one, but I personally didn't mind enough to find a different model.

Toni: El problema me ha ocurrido con otros dos modelos de otra marca también.
He tenido problemas para escanear en Windows 11 con varios equipos, en cambio en Windows 10, no me ocurría.
Escaneaba a trozos y luego al pulsar teclas en el teclado iban volcando el resto leído, así que contacté con Tera por email y mi sorpresa primero que han respondido en unos minutos, al ser por la mañana y después de dos emails, hemos dado con la solución y ha sido la siguiente por si a alguien le pasa igual:
Escanear con el usb desconectado y sin ningún cable conectado.
1- Reset to Factory defaults (página 28 del manual)
2- Reset to Wireless Factory Defaults (página 01 del manual)
3- Conectar el pincho usb
4- Abrir el word o el bloc de notas y probar a escanear y ya funciona.

s. Elalami: I like the product but my only issue is that some scans are not correct I don't know how that happen but the code once scanned to an excel sheet shows different numbers than the labels. The accuracy is very important and that's the reason why we opt to use a scanner instead of manual typing.

K. Smith: Since this reads multiple types of bar codes - and is wireless - the lag& delay between clicking, reading, getting to screen was more than what we needed. We need instant pop up results and to keep moving fast for multiple bar codes in a few seconds. We had to return and get a wired one that only read the one type bar code we use. With that said - this was very easy to set up - easy settings to adjust - very sturdy - charged fast - worked at a far distance behind a wall from terminal and worked just fine. If we didnt need this for a fast paced 'assembly line' type production set up - I would have kept this - but in our environment - a 3-5 second delay over 200 bar code scans adds up very fast and slows down our entire line. It was boxed back up before I could take a video -but, please note that by 'delay' or 'lag' - it is mere seconds... so, if you are not fast paced production line - dont let that scare you off... I am not sure if the delay is caused from it having a 'square' reading area to try to read our whole straight rectangle thin bar code - or if it was from being wireless and transmitting the signal over our warehouse to the terminal- or a combo of both..
