LC: We have purchased many of this 1D scanner back in last 2 years.
There is one has battery issue(will not take charge).
After contact with Eyoyo customer service, they send me several batteries for each of all my purchase.
I am sure this will make all the scanner last more then 3 yrs.
Love this product and will buy more as we needed.

Mary Ann Shotwell: Someone recommended this item to me. I watched the video on it. Order it, and dit came on time. Plugged it in to my computer usb - the battery charges. I got some of my books and scanned their bar codes. I opened a blank Excel spread sheet,
put my curser in cell A1, and started clicking, the ISBN appeared correctly and curser moved to cell A2, i click the mini and same thing happened.
Very pleased.

Hana K.: This is the second Eyoyo scanner that I have purchased and I love it.
1. It is affordable
2. It works extremely well
3. Great customer service (though their English is not perfect, they really want to help you and meet your needs)
1. It is a fraction of the cost of all the other scanners out there and for my purposes as a book seller, this is perfect. This competes with all the other so-called high end scanners out there.
2. It works extremely well. Some people have said that you cannot turn off the sound on this scanner but that is not true. You can easily turn it off by referring to the user manual. The scanner is also much faster than you could ever scan and I scan things something once every second. That's right. Once every second. I've never had any problems with this product. You sync via bluetooth by turning on, then holding the scan button for like 10 seconds. You can double tap the scan button while you are in the process of scanning to pull up your phone keyboard. I've never had any issues with syncing via bluetooth.
If you are book scanner on a budget or you are looking to out source book scouters this scanner is perfect for that...

It'll read it on a tablet, it'll read it on my PC it'll read USB.
I've contacted support numerous times only to have them tell me to take a video of my phone and they would answer any questions.
First, I'll need another phone to do that, second the fact that I tried to read a bar code in Word, in a barcode app, anywhere I can put general text and it does not read is evidence enough.
I took pictures of My device showing the lights are all correct and everything shows up in my phones Bluetooth connections as connected.
Just very poor customer service, if I have got to send videos and do all these things because of the product you advertise as being able to work with an Android phone I think that's unacceptable.
