Juliette Capulet: Cette fontaine est juste parfaite pour mes chattes et moi aussi. Elle se nettoie simplement sans le fil, est vraiment silencieuse et très jolie en plus avec sa lumière douce turquoise. Mes 2 chattes l'adorent, elles boivent beaucoup plus. L'une d'elle m'avertie quand il n'y a plus assez d'eau car elle ne coule plus, elle s'assoie à côté et miaule. Bien qu'il reste un peu d'eau dessus elle ne veut que l'eau en mouvement. Je la recommande.

itsdanjae: I like the look of the product, and the water fountain aspect to it. I'm not sure I NEED to swap out the filter every 3 weeks. Is that too often? ... I digress.

Product may get gross build-up after about a month, but it is easy to clean in the sink.

I had to acquire an extra USB adapter for the fountain, which is a minor inconvenience.

But Chopper likes it, and that's all that matters. <3

Grant: I was just looking for something simpler to clean than the fountains with the cute flowers and such and this popped up. I 100% under-appreciated the wireless feature and it's the best part. I didn't realize how often I didn't clean the fountain just because I didn't want to have to dig out the chord from behind furniture. Now I pick it up every Saturday and do the dishes and put it back with little complaint. The cleaning on this is the simplest I've found so far.

Improvements that would be great are options for the light. I would love if I could just turn it off, but I bet different light colors would also be popular. But please BUY this fountain, support this design cause it's so much more convenient than the others and the same price. It can also be a little difficult to line up the lid with the base correctly.

Bobby: I purchased this cat water fountain in February 2023, and it has been a mixed experience. On the positive side, I love the fact that it comes with a wireless power supply, making it convenient to place anywhere in my home. Cleaning is a breeze, and the best part is that it operates almost silently, which is a huge plus for both my cats and me.

However, one drawback is the relatively small tank capacity, holding only around 2 liters of water. While this means I need to refill it more often, it ensures my cats always have fresh water available, so it's a trade-off I can live with.

The real test of a product and a company's quality is how they handle issues. Unfortunately, the pump stopped working just a few days before the 6-month mark, which is the extent of the warranty. I didn't realize this until after the warranty had expired. However, I contacted the seller, and they were incredibly responsive and helpful. They agreed to send me a new pump without any hesitation. I was pleasantly surprised to receive the replacement pump in less than 4 days.

Overall, I'm satisfied with this cat water fountain, especially considering the exceptional customer service...

Happy Camper: My cats like this water fountain. The water flows great! There are minor issues though that may be just my household. 1) It would be helpful if the plug cord were longer. 2) It would also be helpful if there were some sort of locking mechanism for the cover. My kitten pulled it off using his teeth and manged to dump the entire thing. 3) Hard food will get stuck in the return flow if your cats are messy like mine. 4) The water height markings on the side should be dark black lines so it's easier to tell how close to the minimum the water actually is.
None of those are deal breakers for me. I like that my cats have fresh, flowing water at all times. Also, I am a huge fan of the light feature. It has a warm glow which functions as a night light in my kitchen.
If you can live with the minor design flaws this is a good - 4 and a half star product. If they fixed the design flaws it would be a great - 5 star product.

Maria Hemminger: I admit, I should have read the information and reviews more closely. So my complaints are strictly my own fault.

This fountain is NOT WIRELESS. The cord plugs into a base that powers the pump. The power does not directly connect to the pump in the water. That is what is meant by wireless.

The good: the system is sleek and quiet. Doesn't splash or take up a lot of space. My animals have just sniffed around it so far but I think it will get plenty of use when they get used to it. System was inexpensive and set up easily.

The bad: I was looking for a wireless fountain to entice my picky cat because I don't have many outlets available in the upstairs of my home. So I bought two - one for upstairs and one for downstairs. Luckily I can use both on the main floor of my home but my search for an affordable wireless water system continues!

CarefulPurchaser12: All the advertised features of this are real. It is a pretty decent waterer. The wireless base is a godsend, no unplugging and crud, just lift it up, rise it out, refill, reassemble, and drop it onto the base.

But it could be improved.

1. Put some handles on the side. Either mold them in or glue them on. They don't need to be much, just something to help a bit with the grip. Bending over and picking up this big round cylinder when it is full of water (and it is always full because cat water needs to be changed long before they drink even 10% of it) is hard. Think about it, you are bending over, all the way to the floor, and then trying to wrap your hands around this, it takes both hands, and now you have to come back up. I pull out a chair to do it, makes it easier. It could be a little easier if you had something sticking out (like 1/2") on each side, just to keep it from slipping through your hands.

2. It makes a weird, fairly loud noise for about 20 seconds every 10 hours or so. Just out of the blue it starts buzzing and vibrating. Then it stops. What the . . . ?

3. It is not horribly difficult to assemble, but the little tube on top of the pump has...
