It took my dog a month to figure out what this bell was for. When he finally got it, he started ringing it whenever he needed a toilet break, when it was time to be fed, and when he simply wanted attention. I always assume he needs to go out, and usually I am right. He’s learned not to overdo it. This is a great training tool. He has us doing everything he wants! We love this product!!

We love this and it was helping our puppy potty train but then it started going off every night at dusk and I have to unplug it. Confuses the puppy. I have email to see and waiting on a response. Great product when works correctly

Best purchase for my dogs to alert us when they wanted to go outside. The button is very light to touch. Perfect for dogs nose. Bring treat to button, say potty word, praise let them out. Took about 1.5 weeks

We bought the 2 transmitters and 2 receivers. Both the transmitters work and 1 receiver, but the other receiver just goes off non stop without being activated. We contacted customer service for assistance and factory reset the device multiple times, but they will only respond to us if we send them the device, at our expense. Customer service is not great and take a while to respond.

Product works perfectly for my 26lb boston terrier, but for larger dogs the buttons that have to be pushed are small for larger dogs. But the dont need much pressure to work.

We used this to potty train our puppy and it worked fabulously. We started using the doorbell in late June 2020, and it just died in March 2021. Giving a 3 star review because, although it worked fine, I think it should have lasted longer than 9 months.

This worked great for a few months! Dog quickly learned how to use it. It stopped making any noise, we’ve changed the battery and it’s still not working. The lights are flashing but nothing happened when we tap the bell. I wish it had lasted longer
