Brianna: This bell has been great to train our new puppy. Similar to other bells, however, these type of bells get stuck on my older dogs nails. Sometimes he can't get his paw out and panics. Would recommend for potty training puppies only! It has nice buttons and a sturdy strap.

Ashley B.: The product is great, but my puppy likes to bite it, ring it like crazy, and try to yank it off the wall if she's excited enough. Hopefully that will change as she ages. She does use it, though. And that's nice.
It's not fool proof though. My puppy uses this, but sometimes she won't ring it and goes pee elsewhere. Or I barely hear it because she touched it lightly. YOU have to put in the work to train your dog how to properly use this.
And if your dog really isn't getting it, don't blame the product.... just return and try something else. It's not for every dog.
That being said, my cat uses voice buttons and I took them away when we introduced the puppy to our home. Now the cat, instead of pressing his "outside" button, he rings it when he wants to go out, so it can work for any animal, I think.
