Duchess: Hoping & praying I don’t experience any bad side effects later on because I love these so far.
I got them today & immediately took one so I could see what the energy boost would feel like & how long it’d last + take to kick in. It didn’t take long to feel it and it’s true, no jittery weird hyper feeling. Just a really nice energy boost. Does really good with appetite suppression too. Gurl I got full off a sushi roll. Sushi! And I don’t want to snack like I usually do either.

Artist4life: Easy to take pill, I do take a lot of vitamins so this is easy to take for me at least. I started 1 am and 1 pm. No after taste or bad side effects. In combination of eating pretty healthy ,calorie counting and mild exercise , I’ve lost 2 lbs in 2 wks. Between Halloween with my family and a few big meals at dinner time, I still managed to lose weight. I even had some alcohol in between the 2 wks and none was affecting my weight or how I felt . I started with 2 a day because it seemed it worked more with other people’s reviews on here. I have more energy also. Going to continue my dieting with this pill and see how it helps . I’ve struggled a long time to try and lose weight. Trying to lose 25 lbs but now it seems much easier for me with small changes to my lifestyle. Will update my review in another few wks .

jolois gordon: I've been taking these for about 2 weeks now. At first I didn't notice a difference. Now I can tell they work. I don't get the random hunger throughout the day. I take two pills. One early in the morning, and the other around lunch time. They don't make my stomach hurt. Nor do they make me go to the bathroom a lot. I take these pills, changed my diet, and I exercise. I weigh myself everyday and I lose around a 1lb a day. I've lost 12lbs total, as of today. That 12lbs is not all from the pill. I accredit at least 6 or 7lbs to the assistance from the pill.
