ICILDA212ICILDA212: I don't usually write reviews, but these tablets have changed the game! I had been experiencing bloating, and just really wanted something to address my waistline. Well let me just say...WOW! I am so pleased with the results! My bloating has reduced, and I have more energy after taking this every morning. I am on an intermittent diet, and this helps to suppress my appetite. It also moves my bowels...gently. Lastly...surprisingly it tastes great! I am definitely a lifelong fan. So happy to have found these!
