Alicia Renkema: Nothing even came close to working until I tried these. A gal from my gallbladder removal FB group suggested ACV but she uses the liquid. I really have problems with the liquid but not because of the taste. I have a bad tremor in both of my hands and capsules are far easier to take.
One thing I have to disagree with concerning another reviewer who stated these were hard to swallow (I have a swallowing problem which comes on out of the blue and tightens everything up in my throat; when that happens I just to have to wait for it to pass) -- I found these capsules pretty small and also although there wasn't a strong tastte for me it was a light and pleasant vinegar taste but then I like vinegar. However, it is extremely light.
I Love the fact that it has so many soothing herbs to help one's gut like the chammomile and the ginger. These capsules contain the perfect blend to help one suffering from digestive disorders.
Having said that I am dealing with several issues at once. I am in a camp of 20% of people after having gallbladder surgery who can never eat fried or fatty foods without having to pay for it. Althogh these capsules make it a little easier I can push my limits...

Lily R: Is okay. I did nit take as regukarly, cuz depression, etc, not taking care of self but trying to take consistantly the rest of bottle every day. I am poor so I can't buy anymore atm trying to replace what spent on other stuff & save for the holidays. Bought it for health benefits sonce low on braggs acv & not checjed Walmart when was there, no time, or thought of it, forgot, cuz was not looking to buy just yet till finish that one bottle, but with covid not sure it us even back. Not took long enough or months to know effects nor in best shape to know what it is doung for me. Maybe helps maintain my weight after all junk some sweets, soda, & rice, etc eating. I don't kniw if helo woth sugar or drinking more water will or not. I dont know. I wish I could take it every month, 3 straight to see, but $20 is mich for me atm, cuz want to spend on other items or long lasting stuff etc. If I could buy it aleays I would. Maybe after holoidays when get my new devices that broke upgraded as welk as have some again I can start back up mect yr all tr straight plus the eye ones I am canceling, cuz went up $10. Hopefilky both not go up, cuz Covid, as time passes as it may most likely...

AA: So you know before reading this review, I’m a woman in my late 20s, around 5’9’’. Of course like everyone, I really wanted to get into better shape and lose a few pounds as part of my New Year’s Resolution. I’ve tried over the past few years but always just fell off the wagon because of jobs and moving around. At my gym, we had a 10-Week challenge to Look And Perform Better and I decided that this was going to be my year.

I’ve made a lot of changes to my diet, which was #1, and improved my gym routine by going more frequently. However, I’ve always had problems with my digestion ever since I was young when it came to bloating and gassiness. Certain vegetables led to way too much gas (super embarrassing to have at my small gym of course) and the bloating just made things uncomfortable. I mentioned this to my gym friend and she recommended I try this FarmHaven apple cider vinegar to help. I’ve tried ACV as a liquid and that would help, but the taste was always too terrible for me and I hated taking it in the morning.

These capsules SERIOUSLY WORK! I didn’t believe they’d help this much with my digestion but they totally do. I’ll take 2 capsules...
