Thought Shaman: Easy to use, but a little goes a long way, and if you spill any, the blue will be around a long time. The best for making multiple tints - I made 3 different forms of blue to form really cool ocean surf cupcakes. Flavor wasn't great, but easily hid in a standard vanilla frosting.
