Bodegabay: I bought these for coloring Easter eggs. It doesn't drip, but there is no easy way to remove the foil seal on each container so I had to cut into each one with a knife to peel them off, what a mess. The colors are beautiful and vibrant though.

Angelique: I used the red and green to make Christmas cupcakes this year for the office holiday party. I used the entire jar of red and didn't even get a deep red color that is "Christmas Red". After using the whole thing, it left an incredibly metallic taste to the frosting that made it difficult to eat. I had to tell many to get a different frosted cupcake and throw away the red ones. The green worked just fine, had a small change in flavor, but doesn't ruin the frosting.
