I have gone through a couple more expensive blenders through the years and let me tell you this one will not disappoint you and beats the price. It is very powerful and heavy duty. I mostly blend frozen fruit to make smoothies and it’s has worked fantastic. It’s super quick at blending everything without leaving any small chunks at all. It’s easy to clean, perfect pitcher size, and has many blending options. Customer service is excellent for when you have any questions for your blender. Overall, I’m happy with my purchase.

Excellent produit très performant, mais gros pour un comptoir de cuisine maison. Ne rentre pas sous les armoires avec le contenant dessus tellement la base du mélangeur est énorme lol. Donc prends beaucoup de place mais très efficace pour broyer quasiment n’importe quoi (je fais surtout des smoothies avec des citrons entiers et c’est le seul mélangeur qui arrive à une texture assez lisse...les autres laissent des mottons de pelures jamais broyées)

We use if for frozen coffee drinks and it is a great blender. No more little ice pieces like you get from a cheap blender. It's worth the price. It is a beast of a blender. Probably won't need another one but the base is very large. Overall we are super satisfied.

Would have preferred a glass pitcher but at least this one seems sturdy and has a thick rubberized grip. Very powerful. This was our 2nd choice. LY version on the Ninja blender was $75 but 10 day delivery. Got this one in time for the weekend and have made 16 frozen drink batches so far. The bat/tamper thingy is great if you mess up and top load the booze or start with too much ice. Clearly a Chinese manufactured device with a goofy name and strangely translated directions. But I like it.

This is the best design I've found. Why?
#1 You don't need to turn it on, it's always on, I usually only hit one button to do my mixing.
#2. A large container means that there is always more room.
#3. A thin container means everything gets mixed, with no missing spots.
#4. You can set your timer and leave it, so when you press ON, it just mixes for that amount of time and stops. Nice large easy to use buttons.
#5. It looks like it gradually speeds up, so you don't have that instant splash everything up in the first-second event.
#6. Pulse feature for fine-tuning any mix.
#7 Sturdy Construction, Also the lid can never fall into the blades because of the angle.
#8 Safe, can't start the device without the container in the proper place.
#9. I like this upright blender version rather than the magic-bullet style blender, For those types you have to screw on a bottom blade on the air-tight jar and put the mix upside down. Hot drinks drastically increase the pressure, often bursting out.
10.Easy to Clean.

Price, Power, size, capabilities, high torque, adjustable blend speed, auto timers
Cons:
Vague directions. Does not include the spanner wrench to remove the blade assembly from the blending pitcher required for deep cleaning or should you need to replace the blades. It must be purchased separately but usually these run about $10 USD. Sticker on blending pitcher advises it is not dishwasher safe.
Personal opinion and review:
First thing first, this is lower end commercial product, stop thinking you are buying a blend tech or Robo-Coupe and then evaluating it as such. If you do not use commercial equipment often then you need to recognize the differences between commercial and residential consumer products. Take time to learn your machine.
The switch issue that many complain about is because they expect cheaper on/off switches. These are momentary switches. You press it once to turn on the blender. The switch returns to its original position as it is supposed to. The labeling on the switches is correct, they do not identify the position of the switch, they advise of its function, press down once to run, press down again to stop. ...
