Holly Heaven: First of all, the delivery person states that it was handed directly to me which is false! I have a ring video to prove it. It was simply left on my patio to the front door about 5 feet away from the door. Other than that the color is way off from brushed gold as stated so it does not go with the rest of my things.

D.M.: I’m not a review writer but I had the best shower of my life last night and felt compelled to write.
We bought this system and were amazed at how well it was packaged.
I always wanted a rainfall shower and this one is outstanding!!!!
We discovered a part that had a slight problem & thought oh no here we go, trying to get customer service to get the part replaced.
I looked & looked for a phone number but didn’t find one. So, I sent the dreaded email.
Well I got an answer from them almost immediately. I had sent pictures in my original email. Their return email that came in just a few hours after I sent my original email said that the part that needed to be replaced was shipped to me the same day. Yeah ok, let’s see how long this takes.
Low and behold the part arrived a couple of days later.
I was AMAZED!!!!!
OUTSTANDING customer service!!!!!
And out of this world product quality!!!!!
I couldn’t be more pleased and as I said I had the best shower of my life last night.
Ps. We didn’t use the rain shower arm they sent. I had the plumber route the rain shower supply pipe through the ceiling to the middle of the shower and installed the...

LadyLake: Faucets, etc., in gold are not easy to find anymore; at least not without paying a small fortune, so I was pleased to see this set in gold. Shipping was very fast, and all parts were included and packaged well. I did have a licensed plumber install this, but it didn't take him too long (maybe an hour). I actually used the handheld spray head and rain shower head on two separate shower faucets in our walk-in master shower. Prior to this installation, we just had one adjustable (with slide bar) handheld spray on one side of the shower, and one fixed head on the other side. The plumber didn't have to change out the two water control panels (not sure what they're actually called)., so we were able to use what we already had We've only had this for several weeks, but so far, we've pleased with the water flow rate(s) and appearance.

Lfast7992: After installing this set in March, by August, the shower head started severely leaking - the seam between the back of the head and the bottom where the water comes out broke, sending water through the seam and resulting in basically no pressure through the holes. I reached out to Amazon who then connected me with the seller. The seller was very prompt in responding to me and I was sent a brand new shower head within 3 days which has been installed and working with no issue whatsoever. In addition, the set is beautiful and looks much more expensive than its actual cost. It has turned our shower into a luxury boutique hotel.

Isaiah AguayoIsaiah Aguayo: This shower head combo was PERFECT! To get my one complaint outta the way, the installation instructions failed to detail the required depth for the “drop ell” (what feeds the handheld), and possibly the shower head too. That said, FYI; The cover plate for the rainfall shower arm is part of the shower arm itself and incredibly small, so your drywall hole (or whatever your finish wall is) MUST be exact. And just in case it’s as hard to find for you as it was for me, the cover plate for the drop ell IS in there! Other than those things installation was the easiest diverter valve I’ve ever done by far and the instructions were very straightforward. The look is perfect! The pressure is great! The shower heads DO in fact work independently AND simultaneously! The handheld’s 3 functions add another dimension of elegance, as does the fact it slides up and down, pivots forward and back and left and right. I (and the client) were beyond pleased with the finished product!! Hopefully this specific item comes back in stock, it will be a hot commodity amongst my customers no doubt!
