michael w clarke: This siphon is great for transferring gas from 5 gal. can to car. Way easier than messing with silly "safe" nozzle arrangement some pinhead engineer concocted. Just put the check valve end in the can and hose to your gas tank inlet and give it a few strokes up and down.

alfa: I never had it easier. I have a wagon with 6 4-gallon buckets, and I have 6 trees that I water every 4 days.
I fill the buckets, and drag the wagon to each tree, and use this siphon to water each tree.
It's late in the season, but wow - gonna use this forever.

Corbin: Mine came with two slits in the hose that I didn't realize till I already started using it spilling gas all over my motorcycle tank.
After I cut around that and reattach the fitting on the end, everything worked as expected.
How should be easy enough to replace at a hardware store.
Would be nice if they're a silicone or something covering the brass? fitting so I don't have to shake it up and down scraping up the inside of my gas tank with it.
