CE: This therapy putty was recommended by my occupational therapist after I broke my hand. Medium was good amount of resistance starting about 6 weeks out from the break. Medium resistance was too high earlier in my recovery. Has a helpful card describing several recommended exercises. Definitely helped me make progress during my recovery. Would certainly recommend though only under the guidance of a physical or occupational therapist as it is very important to use the proper amount of resistance for the phase of therapy you are in.
