Merrill Mckinley: I had started using bands for my knee rehab and realized there are some advantages over weights. Lot of good YouTube videos on use of bands. James Grage (Undersun) gives a good argument for using bands. Wished I could have justified the $129 for his bands to support him. I like to do HIIT with them. These bands are less expensive than some alternatives but seem sturdy. I haven't tried pure strength training with them. I haven't used the door attachment because I have hollow inside doors and not sure how the doors or frame would stand up to a lot of tension. The included handles leave too much play for me. I did invest in a Tikaton bar after I decided I liked using bands, but it's not necessary. Also holding down the hands with your feet doesn't always feel secure, but I've made it work. Wondering if workout shoes with a distinct heel(some cross trainers have that) might provide an advantage. These are not expensive and give you a good variety of resistance to try out resistance band exercising. I liked the investment that I made in these bands and recommend them. They will be easy to take with you on a trip in case a gym isn't close or you just like working out in your room.

Daisy: I received my bands a few day ago and I’m absolutely impressed with the quality of the product.
The range of motion for me still not much, I’ve out of the gym since Covid started and really wanted to get back to a workout routine. The bands are perfect for that, since it allows me to work up and lower body, but don’t be fooled, it’s not easy at least not if you weren’t working out regularly like me, I’m still sore and that means that the product it’s good lol.
It seems to me that it’s durability is great, product well done. And you will be able to do all sorts of work out with it. You can even use any door of you house for attaching it and do your thing. It come with several instructions that I really helpful if you don’t know from where to start like I didn’t.
Also, the company is very concerned about whether or not you are happy with the product, they were really nice and emailed me asking if I was happy about it and if the product had arrived in good conditions!

Tom: Resistant workout bands great for somebody that likes to work out at home and does not want to go to the gym these are very reversible I am very durable great for beginners or somebody that just wants to work out every day these are perfect for anybody that just wants to work out but does not want to overwork out these are super strong and very nice quality

¤♤♡◇♧□○°: These pull up bands work great. I need to improve ny strength since surgery and I'm only on the low resistance but its working im able to work more with the medium resistance band and actually be able to move it where as 2 weeks ago i couldn't pull it at all. Amazing price
