Laura Vaisman: I love these because they do not ride up or move. I like the rubber on the inside of the band that keeps it in place and it's great that it's a thick band. The quality is great too!

Helena: I have bought a number of exercise bands and not used them because they are too tight, pinch and slip down my legs. These are high quality, stay in place and you don't feel like you have a too small rubber band around your legs. Will see how they hold up - but for now very happy with them. Great value for the set.

Amazon Customer: I took up archery as a new hobby. Turns out, it's a strength sport and I lack strength in my arms and upper back. These resistance bands might be advertised as for your booty, but I use it for my arms. I just have to pull on them like I would an archery bow and hopefully I'll slowly start to strengthen my arm muscles. It comes in a pack of 4 with different poundage. I'm starting off on the turquoise one which is the lightest. It gives good resistance. The heaviest one (black one) says 'Heroic'. Good luck pulling that one! It comes with a net bag so you can keep it all together so it's tidy and organised.
