We lived for years with a pretty basic Ninja blender, so this Vitamix is light years beyond what we had before.

GEG: Blender came in a factory fresh box, serialized outside and on product. Simple controls without all the silly options (I’ll never use) on the more expensive model. Price was the cheapest I’ve found, including refurbish sales. It doesn’t have the decorative metallic sides, but then again you aren’t paying for them either. I have not checked out the Vitamix app. I probably won’t use that either but it is supposed to be feature rich. Still, it’s a nice looking, well built machine that works great. Very happy with this purchase.

Colleen Wilson: I use this on average twice a day. Best soups ever. Grates cheese and makes fantastic peanut butter and ice cream. It will puree anything. You do need the scraper though, and have to go directly to vitamix for it.
