Matthieu C: Utilisation quotidienne dans une pharmacie (100 feuilles scannées chaque jour). Il est parfait, rapide. Le scan recto verso se fait en une seule passe. Pas de bourrage. J'ai eu une panne du transformateur au bout de une année, et je l'ai remplacé par un transformateur plus costaud que j'avais dans le garage... Pour de la bureautique et du scan de courrier il est parfait! Pour scanner des photos il est un peu léger...

ATENCIÓN AMAZON MX Se me entregó el paquete a pesar de que se debía dar un código al repartidor que no me pidió le insistí y lo escribió ?? pero veo que no actualizo el estatus y sigue como pendiente ya hasta me ofrecieron reembolso

Vi otros modelos un poco mas pequenos y me dieron desconfianza, sin embargo han de ser bastante buenos ya que vi que en realidad tiene 2 escaners uno para la bandeja de papel y el otro de cama plana que es mas funcional para mi, sin embargo los otros son mas pequenos

Lo recomiendo mucho ya que es ademas de las pocas opciones que no son multifuncional, ya contamos con impresoras para que querria otra mas? solo me harian gastar mas en toner y/o cartuchos de tinta

N S.: I wanted a document scanner but with option of a flatbed and this seems to tick the boxes.
Pros: quick document feeder and good quality scans. Bundled OCR software.
Cons: One touch buttons don’t work on MAC. Biggish footprint (as per flatbed)

Wisper Fresh: Positives:
Scanner buttons on the scanner are easy understand and operate. The duplex feature is awesome. Scanner PC software options are full featured beyond the scope of a casual user, in my opinion, that will take you to the moon and back with the depth of available scanner choices. PDF operators manual is excellent reading material if your in for a long potty break session or if that sort of technical stuff appeals to you.

Technical Support:
Xerox free Technical phone support was beyond awesome too. Xerox's Technical support team, in my opinion, was aware of the confusion with the dated yet powerful software. The software that controls the scanner looks like it was designed back in 2003. Technical support was eager, patient and helpful to assist me bridging the gap between understanding an old layout not designed for a Windows 10 look and feel . We did a remote session which was key to showing me where to locate the software on the PC, etc.

Negatives:
The Xerox.com website was confusing because it only supports printers. Xeroxscanner.com website supports scanners. The Xerox.com website dies not tell you that. ...

Nick K.: I purchased the “Xerox XD-COMBO Duplex Combo Flatbed Document Scanner” to turn 30 years of paper into digital, searchable PDF’s. I wanted to write this review because I’ve used other scanners in the past, and it’s hard to ensure what features you are getting before buying. This scanner hits on all cylinders and shines. Here’s my experience from installation to digitization.

The installation gives you the option to install from the internet, so you know that you are getting the most up-to-date version. I chose to install from the internet. It took about 30 minutes but executed without issue. There is a lot of documentation provided. This review focuses primarily on the Visioneer Capture SE software, but it also installs a number of productivity tools such as,

• Visioneer Organizer AI: Indexes your documents so you can quickly search to find a document by contents.
• ABBYY Business Card Reader: Allows you to scan business cards and convert them into contacts.
• OneTouch: Quick access via the toolbar to start things such as scan, search, or print documents.
• Various applications to read, edit, and compare PDF files as well...

Kk 109: I make about 200 scans per month for my business & home use. I was hoping that the Xerox Duplex Combo Scanner would allow me to make my two existing Canon scanners redundant.
The Xerox Duplex Combo Scanner is well packaged and protected in its shipment box, but none of the items in the box are marked as to their function; I.e. included in the box is a a4 sheet of plain paper wrapped in cellophane ??? . I later found out that this is for aligning the scanner and is critical for maintenance.

When the DVD is inserted the installation of the scanner software is straight forwards. However some of the software is only available online and activation is required for the 3rd party software on the DVD. A Product key was shown during the scanner installation for the 3rd party software but I copied the number down wrong and I cannot find it again. (Photograph the number)

The help on the enclosed DVD is their but it is not easy to find. However the help files are very useful when you find them. Within the scanner software there are help links and a help button, but these require an internet connection to operate and without a connection I cannot...
