VIGBODY Stationary Exercise Bike: Get an Effective Cardio Workout in the Comfort of Your Home!

Casey BaughCasey Baugh: I am excited about this bike and having an at home option for cycling. My expectation was pretty neutral, but was hopeful based on all the other reviews. I will say, it is what others have said, a good bike. For someone who is use to riding in a studio, this review I hope helps you. The handle bars for 3rd position are low. The positive of this is you have to keep your chest up and use the first position area of the handles. The negative, is its a different ride because of this. Maybe you aren't hitting the same numbers because you are standing different on the bike. Sitting, the bike feels just fine. Standing, I feel uncertain at times but that I think has more to do with the small bike frame than I'm used to. I'm sure with time I'll get more comfortable. The seat is amazing! It is super cushioned and has springs. It is wider though so your legs are more likely to rub it sometimes when riding. Everything adjust as advertised. The scan function on the screen is nice it changes between calories burned, time, speed, etc. The hardest thing for me is mentally learning what the resistance gear feels like. Erin: As a short person, I was finding it tough to track down a stationary bike online that I could absolutely confirm would fit me. I wanted something with a heavy flywheel. I wanted something at a lower price point. And it was early enough in the pandemic that the ones I could find in places like Consumer Reports were snapped up and had long waiting lists. I took the risk on this one and it’s been worth every penny and so much more. I’ve ridden it almost everyday since it arrived (from May to February) and I ride it hard (I use workouts from the Peloton app and sometimes ride up to 2 hours a day), so, even though I haven’t had it an entire year, I think it’s proved its durability. It is also surprising how comfortable the bike seat is—any of you with a spin background know that those first few weeks on a spin bike can be really hard on the nether regions, but this is the least “breaking in” I’ve ever had to do. It is easy to assemble and easy to adjust. I asked for a replacement piece last week and it was incredibly easy: I took a photo, sent it to the seller, and they had it for me lightning fast and safely packed.

Francisco Leguizamo: Aspectos positivos:
- Es muy cómodo el asiento
- Es muy silenciosa
- La pantalla te da buenas mediciones de velocidad

Aspectos que no me gustaron:
- Si mides mas de 1.75 mts (mi caso) la bicicleta debe estar al máximo de extensión en asiento y manubrio, lo cual lo hace que este tenga un movimiento especialmente cuando estas pedaleando fuera del asiento.
- Las bases son muy cortas, esto hace que cuando pedaleas con fuerza la bicicleta no tenga estabilidad.

Conclusión: Buena bici si eres talla pequeña, tallas medianas / grandes,,, no la recomendaría.

Ted: Imagine you’re reading this in covid times and debating that really spendy bike or saving a whole lot of money and getting this one. I get it, I was in the same spot and now that it’s up, I’d say this: for the right customer, this bike is solid.

What do I mean exactly? Well it's obviously not the most advanced bike but it's a compact bike, a great price that gets the job done (provided you're the right fit of course).

Shipping & Setup:

The box is just about the size of a large suv trunk and bulky to move but not unmanageable solo. I found the setup to be straight forward and took maybe 20 minutes to build after getting everything out of the packaging. You'll have a much easier time with some help but I managed it fine on my own -- also use the box as padding to avoid scratching up anything on the bike or your floors. All the tools are included and basic so it's really just about following a few steps to screw parts together.

After setup, I took things on a test ride and noticed a little squeaking but some additional adjustments to the installed parts with a wrench have cleared those up mostly. Mine isn't super silent like...
