TFD: The Ultimate Peloton Bike Pivot Stand

Mel: I got an original peloton bike and was a little disappointed that the streaming capability does not work with Google Chromecast devices. Apparently the screen on the bike only supports MIRACAST devices. so i decided to look into this device that is recommended by PELObuddy to make the screen turnable. Typically I use my ipad and stream to my projector Tv in my home gym, but i did want to try the programs from the bike itself for strength or non-peloton treadmill classes. Installation went pretty well, but i was glad i followed the installation video on youtube. My only complaint is it took me a few tries to get the tightness good so i can swivel the screen and the cords tend to try and pull out when i turn it. Other than that it was an excellent purchase.

I don't understand why Peloton gives you streaming capabilities but doesn't let you stream to certain devices like Chromecast

Kevin Ueland: I own the standard Peloton bike and had been curious about the bike bootcamp classes. I could never figure out a good way to position myself where I could see the screen and do the exercises. A friend of mine recommended this product to me, and I thought I would give it a try. Easy to install -- I did it all by myself following the video instructions (the product comes with a QR code linking to the instructions).

Now I am swiveling my screen and taking a bunch of strength classes in addition to the normal cycling classes. After more than a year of just riding, I am unlocking a ton of new classes. Very happy!

Neal Jack: When I bought my Peloton, I did not upgrade to the Bike+ due to price. The larger monitor seemed unnecessary, but I thought the pivoting feature would be nice. I've been using the bike for a couple of years and using my phone for non-riding Peloton strength workouts, which was slightly inconvenient.

Some friends told me about this adjustable pivot which could be installed on my Bike, so I went ahead and ordered it. The box came with a QR code which linked to the installation video with clear and simple instructions. It took me about 15 minutes in total to install the part, including adjusting it to my preferences. I can now fully pivot the monitor and adjust it for all of my workouts.

Such a nice upgrade for a very reasonable price.

eh its ok: I purchased this product back in April and absolutely love it. I use it everyday. Last week one of the parts came loose so I contacted the company. Within 4 hours I had a reply from them and the next day they had shipped me a replacement part AND a cell phone mount for the hassle!! I couldn't recommend this enough, spend the money for this one, DON'T cheap out on a different one, it's worth it I promise!!

RL: Now I can swivel my monitor all the way around so I can clearly see the screen when I'm following a non-spinning class. This functionality really should have been a part of the Peloton Bike in the first place. This simple little gadget takes only a few minutes to install and there's a very clear installation video on YouTube if you're not particularly handy.

Erin: Shortly after I bought my Peleton Bike, I realized how much I would’ve liked the pivoting screen that the Bike+ has when doing any of the workouts/stretched off the bike. This was a much more cost effective option, and I also love how it raised the screen a little higher. It was very easy to install using the video, I would highly recommend this product!

loopylu4848: O ly mistake I made was trying to turn the pivot before installing it. I thought it was ceased up, it isn't at all, once installed its actually got the perfect amount of resistance that it's stable and sturdy on the screen. Really happy to have this item - has turned my peleton near enough into peleton plus, amd I can spin the screen to do floor work outs and everything now. Nice one guys, good product!

Daniel L.: Item worked just as it should, easy install with the help video and works well.

Ive seen reviews saying the cables will be too short or the plugs pop out, this wasn't true for me, just slacken the cables from the velcro holder and it worked a treat.

The only difference I noticed is the screen is a little closer when you are riding but it's not too bad just an inch or so closer.

All in all a great bit of kit and gives you full use of the bike and other classes.

Peter Batchelor: Works really well. Does bring the screen a bit closer to the riding position though that can be a bit awkward when riding out of the saddle. That really is the only concern as the product is very easy to install and works brilliantly.
