Mikë: I was going to return this because the front edge was sharp and jagged. This caused the spatula to drag and scratch the surface of my carbon steel skillet. I used a whetstone to smooth the jagged edge and it seems to have worked. Now it glides over the well seasoned surface of the carbon steel skillet.
This type of edge finishing should be done at the factory.

LB: This is called a fish turner but it’s great for a lot more. It’s flexible but also wrong enough to flip large cuts of meat, etc. fantastic for eggs.
If you have uncoated stainless or carbon steel frying pans - this is a must have.

Niall Sheehan: Use it on a regular bases. It's great for eggs and of course fish. It is a small spatula, this was a bit of a surprise. The edge of the working end has quite an edge on it, would quickly eat the coating on a non stick pan.

Amazon CustomerAmazon Customer: You should know that this is not a victorinox 3 inch spatula. What you get is another brand called Pratik. I was pretty annoyed when I opened it. The bait and switch!
But after using it, I have to grudgingly admit - it’s pretty great. Good quality, does what I want. So 4 stars, lose one for the sly switch.

Ryan StefanRyan Stefan: Excellent kitchen tool that replaced my nylon flipper/turner. However this feels flimsier than I thought it would be. The handle is thin and light (could be longer and girthier) and the metal feels like I'm going to snap it every time I use it. Time will tell how durable it is. But its functionality is unmatched — I can easily manipulate food in pans better than any other similar tool I've used.
